I purchased 4 new tires from Big-O Tires that was participating in a $500 free gas rebate program. I got my certificate and that is all. I have to submit $100 a month in receipts to the address above and they are supposed to send a $25 gas card or credit card every month until the $500 is rebated to me. this will take 20 months. My rebate coupons expire November 2009. I strated this program in March 2008 and have scanned the receipts since April 2008 that I have sent to this company and have yet to receive anything but excuses as to where my $25 cards are. I was dumb enough to fall for the colonxR free trial scam through a link to the weather channel. The number given to cancel colonxr does not work and the only way to get out of them continually charging your credit card is to cancel the credit card. I eventually found a live chat format through the above website and was promised twice that my order would be cancelled and I would recieve a confirming e-mail, it never happened. On Sept 24th me and my husband went to the bank to withdraw money from our account to start a little Christmas shopping. False advertising. Ordered a camera advertised at $209.00 with free shipping. Website shows all that is included, battery, charger, etc. I called to check on my order and was asked what battery I wanted to order with it, the 2 hour or 5 hour. I told him I was fine with the battery that came with it, he said it did not come with a battery. I told him that I was looking at their website and it showed that it came with a battery. He proceeded to argue with me, I told him to cancel my order. He said OK, but I will monitor my credit card. Westinghouse sold me a falty TV It only worked for a year and a few month. After spending 150$ to get TV diagnosed. Repair man said Westinghouse refuse to send any part to fix problem. My sales person, Michael Shaw called me from A+ Advisors. He stated that "someone wanted to buy my timeshare". He assured me he would be "with me every step of the way." After reading what I assume was a fake BBB report showing a positive rating, and contracts stating I could have all my money back, paid the $1797. SCAM refund I ordered Acai as a trial bases this was a free trial and called to make sure they would not debit my acct so I cancel the request by email and they sent it any way and debited my acct and I "m demanding a full refund of $ 78.86to my account.
