IBSN is one of the worst company in service industry. I have been filing tax with them 5+ yrs, but over the yrs their service level has gone down. This year they changed their filing process and now want customers to pay processing fee before even sharing the draft filing copy. My dental provider decided I needed all teeth out and dentures . Whirlpool engineer visited my home end March 2011 to check the non-working window AC and gave in writing that the rotary compressor was not functioning. The compressor is within 5 years warrantee period. The AC was taken away on 1st April and returned in my absence after 11 days with some old compressor which is groaning and making intolerable noise. Even after my family protested that the repair was ineffective and bad, they still installed it. I find attitude of the repair workshop very poor. I ordered an answering machine and when it finally arrived it was in pieces. A damaged old box was torn and there was not packaging to keep the machine from getting beat up in the box. I had to repair the unit before using it. It didn't matter in the long run because it was a (filthy) used answering machine and had a flaw so that it could not be used. I recently had repairs done by Family Auto Body in Henderson, NV. They originally told me that the engine I paid for was new, then put on my invoice that it was a re-manufactured engine. 4 months down the road, I took my vehicle in to a local mechanic shop and they told me that the oil leaks were over a year old and that there is no way it was a new engine. I went to Christa at Next level and asked her to cut long layers into my shoulder length hair. I also wanted some streaks throughout. She roughly applied the dye scratching the back of neck several times. The end resut- she butchered my hair cutting more than half of it off in many parts. We purchased a netbook from eglobalwireless.com and the unit did not power up. We had to pay $10 to ship the unit back to the company before they would send us another one. The second one worked for about 5 hours before dying. I asked the company to refund our money. Not only did we have to pay another $10 to ship the defective product back, the company charged us a 25% restocking fee. So, we paid $119, plus an additional $20 for added shipping costs, and they only refunded us $70. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company if you want to keep your money. I was so excited to see a website for MY size, and I am so sad to say I am truly disappointed in the product. This company had me pay $14.99 additional to receive a copy of the tax return I completed via email. After paying it and checking out, I received a message that they would have to email me a copy of it anyway since it was taxes for a former year. I requested a refund of the $14.99 since that had not been disclosed to me before paying, and they refused stating that their fees are nonrefundable. After 6 years of rentals it only took a day for the Premium Resort Services to end the dispute with our timeshare. We still had to watch them for signs and correct them at the right moments. I had a bad experience with these people. I placed a order and I was billed 5 times on my credit card. When I emailed them about it they claimed the order never went through their system. I had to get the bank to put a hold on my credit card...it took nearly 2 weeks for all 5 transactions to reverse.
