I have been insuring my vehicle with you for about 3 years. My bank did not pay you for a recent direct debit. This was simply due to the fact that the bank took 5 days to clear cheques which I had lodged into my account. They then charged me £25 for non payment of the direct debit, and now I see that you are now charging another £30 for the same payment. I must say I find this to be grossly unfair. I never received the complete set of keys for my new Kia Rhondo. I had to complain for 8 months, during which time I actually got into a verbal dispute with my sales rep Eddie Bae. He is the only Korean Sales Rep, in a large Korean community. This is why I went to him, due to my lack of english. 2 issues - latest is defective wiring that the service refuses to cover under Warranty, Vehicle purchased 1/1/2007, less than 30, 000 miles. Engine light showed this AM. Brought vehicle to Dealer for 30, 000 service and to check idiot lights. Service guy said it was rats or varmants that ate the wiring... Wrong. That is a lie. After two weeks I called to find out where the engine was.
