Quite possibly the worst service department I have ever visited. Here's my story: I recently bought a new 2011 Mini Copper for my daughter. After a month, the plastic cover on the sun visor broke off. I setup appt at South Motors to replace, and after dropping off car, waited 2 hours to be told the part needed to be ordered. OK, so weeks go by, and no response to the part, until I get a survey a month later and I kill them on it. Purchased Lexus Truck from them and obtained financing financing through a lender they offered name Slander. I live in in another state title and registration had to be done in my state. When I came back home in September 2010 after purchasing I went to local dmv with my paperwork from purchase. Local dmv explains that I should have gotten the title from dealership. Replaced a previous Acura TL with a new 2010 Acura TL super handling all-wheel drive October last year. Had quality and interior rattles and squeaks from day one. After 6 month countless complains and over 30 days at the dealerships shop the conclusion was; according to the warranty rattles and squeaks do not impair the operation or safety of the vehicle. I purchased a car and finished all the paperwork and signed for it. I did not purchase any extras and declined extended warranty. I made sure the the paperwork was good before leaving. They mailed all the paperwork later but they changed the price of the car, charged me for services, and a warranty I did not want. They forged documents and I was forced to pay more. On the 24/25th of March 2011 I took my volvo truck to volvo Newcastle for repairs as it was showing warning light of oil. My Son told the Dealership (Davis-Moore Mazda)to do an Oil Change on his Car back in October when it was in there for something else and thought that it was done since he told them to do it. He thought one was done. On April 9th he put in at least 3 Quarts of Oil. On April 17th, his Car Engine Blew. The Car Burned all of the Oil within 1 week. We have a monte carlo 2003 ss with 116, 000 miles on it. wehave done brakes with success and gotten our recalls fixed, great dealer satisfaction, but i keep hearing stories from monte collectors that there is a problem with the body control module in cars, including malibu impala etc... Why cant the mechanics figure this out and recall them? I asked the shop to order me a new one and they would install it for me. University Chevrolet in Tallahassee, Fl sold me a Lemon and Champion Chevrolet can't fix it. I lost my case to Chevrolet to return the car and they gave me a value gaurd extended warranty. All the things I feared has come front and center. I fought and lost my lemon law case against GM Chevrolet, all the things I told them was wrong with the car, that couldn't be proven then has come to surface. The office was closed ( despite the rental paper saying it would be open from 1 to 3 pm ).
