The Blue Beacon Truck Wash in Lodi, Ohio damaged a truck. We had to press them with repeated phone calls to look into it. When they did, the damage was blamed on a fictitious "paint bonding problem" since they thought it was a new truck. Car was taken in for repair to rusting rail dust embedded in paint, which was covered by the added paint protection plan. Taylor automotive body shop was to repair all panel effected, and when car was recieved it appeared to be in the same condition as was when brought to Taylor automotive originally. the rubber air dam on the front of these trucks is held in place by 5 bolts that attach the air dam to the steel bumper. it also has several ribber clips that snap into holes in the bumper. my truck at around 35, 000 miles has this air dam come loose and start falling down. i got under the truck and notice that two of the 5 original attachment bolts were never installed during assembly. finally the middle sprig clip that attaches the air dam to the attachment bolt failed and the sir dam fell completely down only held by the two end bolts. it... read full review »

I just bought a car from the Mounds View Motor Co (used to be Saturn of Mounds View) and after only 8 days I already have to fix $750 worth of stuff. They do an inspection on all of the vehicles and they have to meet safety standards. My 2007 Honda civic Hybrid's (whose advertised MPG is 50) Miles per gallon has fallen from 46 mpg to 36 mpg after the first 2 years. I am enrolled in Honda care warranty contract # V003022051, but they are refusing to cover the cost of diagnosing the problem. On October 24th I stopped and filled up my vehical with gas at location #201996 in Saraland AL. My receipt was $32.00. Today I just happened to check my account online and found they had debeted my account twice for $58. and $90. bucks! For $32 dollars worth of gas!
