I have been a customer with Fifth Third bank for almost 2 years and I never used to call their customer service until today. I called them at around 1030 pm EST. This is a major business that intentionally rips off its customers. The business should not be allowed to charge so much interest and sometimes charges that are not explained. My case specialist has discontinued returning my phone calls about the progression of my case. Even after all services have been paid in full! Better business bureau has 134 complaints over 3 years, of which only 79 have been resolved completely, as of june 15, 2006! I am a gold card member since 1964 for the last 6 months my A.E. gold card account has been less than 1000.00 per month. When I tried to charge a cruise cost 6050.00 to my card A.E. refused. I have been using Airtel prepaid Connection (9880364935) for about 2 years in Bangalore. And I had a balance of 1800/- Rs on 1st of Sept. This company calls my house daily, starting at 9:00 in the morning, ending at 9:00 that night. When they call, the Caller ID does list the phone number, but not the company name. The automated system calls about every 4 hours. I am on every No-Call list, and I have repeatedly asked them not to contact us further. In February,2005, I went through divorce proceedings. My wife was awarded one of our vehicles which we had a joint loan through HSBC. I was recently mailed a chase debit Visa card with "leisure rewards" (leisure rewards points earned when making purchases), which is to replace my soon to expire debit card. I have a checking account with Wells Fargo for about a year now and it has been nothing but a hassle, they charge a fee for everything! First of all a customer can not use the check card as a debit card because when the merchant swipes it, it is then processed as a credit card so the bank will avoid a processing fee.
