Realty Executives of Nevada allowed me to rent a home that was foreclosing. They failed to disclose this information to me and should be reported for this. It is their obligation to check the status of the home prior to renting it. It is, furthermore, unethical to not make this information known to all parties involved which would have at least allowed us to make a decision of our own. I phoned to order 2 blueberry plants for about $20. When I thought my 2 plant order was complete - I was told my bill would be over $154.00 for 27 plants. Unfortunately I had already given them my visa number, which then right away I phoned Visa to put my account on hold. I kept trying to phone the Magic Garden back and but just kept getting a recording and could not talk to anyone. Today I received ALL the plants, so far the amount has not come through my visa. We are a military family that lived in Harbor Oaks for their usual 11 month contract. We did not have very many complaints while living there except that the apartments still have asbestos. However 6 MONTHS after we had moved out we received a call from a collections agency saying we did not pay move out fees for the apartments, which of course we had. I've heard commercial on the radio about forclosure. Decided to call them in order to get list of houses. They charged me $1.99 and signed for membership, what I needed to cancel before 02/02/10. We submitted 4 separate applications with the $1, 595 filing fee, which had to be in the form of a money order to "expedite" the process. All four properties are located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Company claims that I have fraudulant charges and they are going to take me to court. They are unable to give me any information and keep harrassing me at work and on my only phone which is my cell. When I purchased my timeshare through Shell Vacation they told me they could resell it to their other members at any time. They told me it would hold the value and it would be no problem to resell it if I needed or wanted to. They also told me they could rent it to other members later and again they would take care of that. I held it for about a year and wanted to sell it. It looks great no doubt. But the construction is horrible. Cheap plastic and plaster. You can hear your neighbor like they were living with you. The repair people have no experience and are rude and never follow through with the repairs. The management, especially Trisha, is a joke. She always promises things and NEVER follows through. I sent a check for a payment on wednesday night. On thursday IO checked my account as usual it was not there, I always do it and the check is always posted 2 days later. This time I checked my account again at 2:30 Am Friday and there was not such a transaction. They called us in April of 2009 to to do a service call on a phone system for an Army Recruiting Station . We are still waiting on payment as of 5-17-10! The last time I talked to Gene from Meridian he informed me that times were tough and he would pay it whenever he had the money! Ordered what I thought was just a sample size of Hydroxatone anti-aging cream and got two full size to try for 30 days. Tried for two weeks set bottles on counter in bathroom to return. Friend stopped by with her 3 year old kid and it got into the bottles and put it all over everything, dog included.
