Apparently you aren't to concerned about my problems with scheduling to get this problem resolved. I called the number below and got a guy on the phone who is not my recovery case manager just the guy who answered the phone next who could care less if this problem is resolved or not. My top-of-the-line Kenmore Elite HE 3t has been problematic since I purchased it in 2002. In Oct. 2009, it stopped draining. I have an Oreck XL Plus vaccum that is approx. 3 years old. I have high pile carpet throughout my apartment. It is very hard to push the vaccum over the carpet. It is hard enough to push that my wife can't use it, and I have to do the vaccuming, and it is even hard for me. We thought that maybe the vaccum was worn out. The washing machine I bought 4 weeks ago stopped working. I called in the service support, and they sent a guy (3 days later) to fix the problem. The person who showed up was from A&E Factory Service. The service at the Musgrave store totally sucks. The staff are unqualified, ignorant, unprofessional and lazy. They never EVER seem to answer the phones and neither do they follow up on anything.
