I hired Dale Upcraft to do some work on a mobile home I inherited from my late aunt. He came recommended to me. Pulte still hasn't paid for deliberate birth injury to my baby born premature in hotel during my evacuation time from my moldy house. Here in Las Vegas they get away with highly negligent ways to build houses. Here in Las Vegas Pulte Homess builds houses you cannot sell nor live in. Eastland Construction built a home across the street from me, their employees used my white concrete driveway as a turn around with the end result being black tire marks all over it. I asked them to clean them off and they claim there is no proof that their people did it. I called Helpful Item and ordered an electronic range control (part #WB27T10265) for my GE oven. I provided my credit card details over the phone. When the part arrived, the rear circuit board of the main controller was badly cracked in the vicinity of the transformer and therefore non-functioning. It is possible that the damage occurred in manufacture when the board was being pressed into the plastic chassis. Unfortunately, I must add my review to the long list of complaints against Trevor Augustyn and Hawthorne Kitchens. The work that his trades did on my kitchen and bathroom in late 2009 was of good quality however Trevor was unable to keep the skilled trades in his employ and Hawthorne never finished the job. We built a new home 9 months ago. The last thing installed in our home was the hard wood flooring. We purchased 3/4 inch Hickory, tongue and groove from Corters Flooring America, State College, PA (manufactured by Clear Lake Lumber of PA). On 02/04/2010 I purchased a Kenmore clothes dryer at the Sears store in Alpharetta, GA. The salesman told me about the $75.00 rebate and gave me the necessary paperwork to submit the rebate request. I too, tried to cancel my account with CastleRock only to be told that I had to finish my 3 years. When I tried to cancel after the 3 year period, I was told that it had automatically renewed. My initial problem with AT&T was when I was billed $120 for a modem and service that I never got to use! I payed it & canceled the service just because I didn't want to deal with the stress any more. I purchased a new home from Greenbuilt homes who is a relatively new builder, although they were affiliated with another builder in the area who I thought was reputable, the home came with the standard one year builders warranty.
