V349 deck tiles faded after 4 weeks of installation. Company has not stood behind their product. They have stated 1 year leadtime on direct replacement or offered us a less expensive unequal replacement. I bought a peachtree door about 5 years ago from a dealer that has gone out of business. In march 2009, the door would not latch shut. The handle on the door will not spring up and latch the door shut. I had a guy from Hammond Lumber co. help me out by dealing back and forth on the phone. I am disgusted that a company that claims to be "so confident in the quality of our products" only offers a 1 year warranty on their products! After spending $400.00 on a stand mixer, I had enamel breaking off in pieces into my cake batter! The Room Place, previously Harlem Furniture customer service was rude and incompetent!! I purchased a $4, 000 sectional couch, delivery was last Thursday and set-up was incomplete. They neglected to hook the pieces on the rail so when you sit down the pieces move. Never deal with this company or Mr Satish Patil. He is a fraud. We placed an order with them for a Cummins Generator in September 2008. He promised to deliver the generator in October 2008. Satish Patil and his firm never kept their promise. They gave us all possible reasons for the delay which were all lies. They are not even dealers for any major brands. They are freelancers. we have paid 7657/- rupees to have a wimax connection that never worked for the first 4 weeks then we had a bill for 2, 025 rupees & 1, 297 rupees which we paid albeit late as we were away from India . Haverty Furniture in Ft. Myers is not to be believed. I had a credit balance of over $100 which was verified by one of the sales managers. When I tried to use it at a later date I was told I had none and the sales manager didnt know how to read the information off the computer. I told them I have a invoice with a credit balance on it. They gave me another story about how corporate does that but its not so in my case. Of course, I never received anything from corporate that I no longer had a credit. These people at least at the Ft. RED FLAG ALERT!!! I had grassestimate.com, owner Perry Gregg aka Lucius Perry Gregg III, install an artificial lawn in November 2008. Company claims they buy phone access from Verizon and re-sell it at a lower rate to save consumers money. What they actually do is reduce per line access charge by a couple of dollars and then add undisclosed service charges to make the total bill higher than it would have been from Verizon. I have attempted to modify service plan multiple times and found that they wont honor verbal agreements. We contacted Smartway Appliance to see if they could fix the softener dispenser on our Maytag washer. Let me preface by saying I am a single, senior woman who lives in a mobile home with particle board floors. Any water damage really causes havoc with the particle board. On June 17 I purchased a new refrigerator from DeSears. One June 19 it was delivered to my home by Tom Boles, a delivery person for DeSears. Had pipe leak in slab. American Plumbing came out and can repipe my whole house. Quoted, $789. I signed the work order. The repipe was done. I recieved an invoice and gave my credit card number. The final bill came to over, what I thought was $900. I had the plumber do extra work so I thought it was reasonable. What a shock I got when my credit card was charged over $9000. not $900. We had a new Dacor cook top installed on 3/31/08 with five known major defects. The installer, recommended by CBD Family Appliances(CBD), contacted CBD and they allowed the istallation to proceed. CBD told us the cook top needed to be evaluated first and told us to contact them and the evaluation was completed on April 3. I had purchased a Fedders 1.5T Window A/C on April'07 in Gurgaon, India. Within three months of its use, the a/c had a gas leakage. I contracted Panther Windows & Siding Inc. for replacing my windows. Water comes through the bottom side of one of the window that was installed every time it rains. I have made several phone calls requesting this problem to be solved with no success. They keep telling me that someone is going to call but that has not happened ever. I love to complain. Especially about that bridge I have to live under. Sometimes I get beat up while I sleep. Luckily, I have frostbite covering my entire body because I have no shelter from the freezing cold, so the beatings don't hurt. I don't have food, water, companionship or shelter.
