I ordered a few simple replacement parts from Outdoordistributors.com on Aug 7, 2009 at which time my creditcard was hit for $54.28. After two weeks I made over 4 phone calls (one per week) to check on my order. I was told that they were still waiting on the part and NEVER got a straight answer as to when the parts would ship. Beware ...if you use Weaver Gas for your heating propane dealer and do not use enough propane you are going to get charged a very high price per gallon for propane. They tell you there is no MINIMUM charge but they do not tell you that they bill on a minimum USAGE charge (which they do tell you). The more you use, the less you pay per gallon. I am posting this information in-order to warn all potential customers of Affordable Hardscapes in Denver Colorado. My husband and I hired them to do a stamped patio and fire pit. Center Point hires Davey Tree to "trim" tress and shrubs around the utility lines. I want to have our utility lines burried but cannot get Center Point to give us a bid or tell us what we need to do prior to have them burried. AO Smith hotwater heater fails after 1 yr of installation by the builder. We know 5 out of 24 (reported failures) in our neighborhood alone. If under the 1yr builder's warranty - the builder's customer service will fix it but, after 1yr you contact AO Smith. The thermocouple and the thermal controller have to be replaced. The manufaturer is willing to send the parts providing you contact them and a plumber to install the parts. Model GNR 40 serial number 0803T001366 is just junk!
