My girlfriend bought a bed from them in January. They told her it would be delivered within 2 weeks 'guaranteed'. After 10 days when asked where it was they said it would be one more week. I had my carpets professionally cleaned by a company (name withheld so far) and paid handsomely for additional 'cover' which promised protection against accidental spills which caused stains, amongst other things. I am disgusted with Safestyle UK. After quotes and survey by them, they advised that we should have "trickle vents" put in all the windows. After installation, all the windows are now noisier and colder than before. I then complained to them and they finally changed some of the vents but the net result is the same. I agreed with Proline to have them build an outside riding manage in middle of last year. They agreed to commence work prior to Christmas and never turned up. They arrived in 2nd week of January 2009 and commenced work. I am dissapointed with the Whirlpool prodects we have. We moved into a new home 4 years ago. The home had brand new Whirlpool appliances - double oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Purchase this mattress on 11/13/2008 and now have an impression that makes you feel like you have to roll up a hill when trying to turn over. They informed me that the test showed the mattress to be within spec. This is the test, they stretch a string across the bed from the left to right side and measure the distance from the mattress to the string. I own a landscaping company in Dallas Area. I maintenance Exxon accounts through Level 1 Maintenance. They called me out to fix a sprinkler head and turn the water off. I get out there, and it is a busted pipe. I gave them a price on fixing it. They did not like my price, so they had someone else fix it; but they refuse to pay a service fee for me coming out and getting the water turned off by the city, and finding out where the water was coming from. In 2005 I bought an extended warranty on my leather recliner. It was called a Master surface coverage. Today this coverage is not offered to the client because the Brick lost too much money from it.
