During the summer of 2007, a very sly APEX alarm, door-to-door salesman came to our door and got us to sign up for an alarm system. We were told we could cancel at any time (which you can only if you pay out the contract or get someone to take it over). We were also told the system was the best around. Yesterday, while cooking dinner, I turned the GE wall oven (model: JTP85BA2BB) on to bake at 350 degrees. About 15 minutes later I walked past the oven to notice a bright fire in the right corner of the oven. I called to get an estimate to have our septic tank pumped and was give a quote over the phone from preston's plumbing of $95-$120 and I then made an appointment and at that time the guy on the phone asked me no other information and just quoted me a price, but when he came to our house and pumped the tank he told us it was $330 and where he got that figure. We recieved an item for our wedding. When we wanted to exchange it, we were told by customer service to ship it back to them and they would give us credit. They made us pay for the shipping. Bought this top of the line, $3, 000, mattress from Kingsdown and after 4 weeks started sagging in the middle. Called to complain, they send a kit that measures sagging with out load and they said the mattress is performing as designed with up to 2 inches sagging being normal after the 1st month. Is there anything that can be done about Mychoice Energy scamming to lock my CCFs Rate i was having with DTE Energy. Overnight the contactor on our A/C unit outside shorted out causing the unit to continually run even though the air handler inside the house was off. I called Universal Air in the morning and they sent a technician out in the afternoon. I have an LG Dryer model # DLG5932S. We continue to have an issue with the dryer not drying clothes thoroughly. This results in constantly running the dryer for hours. I purchased a mattress, top of the line, 05/30/04 with a 10 yrs. warranty or 5 years replacement. Fingers replaced the Mattress in 09/25/07 with a Shadow Dream King size. They inspected and passed a new hot water heater in the spring of 07. The pipe going into the top was not installed properly. Thus, it leaked flooding the area and ruining the heater. This was the determination of a leak detection expert. Also, there was not enough clearance around the heater as required by code. I cannot recommend the Waterboss 900. In addition to myself, my brother bought one and we both had problems. He had to replace his timer within the first week. They say the part costs $180, but since it was under warranty, they replaced it free. I noticed that all standard electric fans manufactured by Camville manufacturers corp, located at Dasmarinas Cavite are using substandard materials, if you compare old models to the new model had a big differences. The electric fan which have a metal blade are easy to become rusty and very difficult to remove the blade when it was need to clean and also the plastic model are very weak, you can notice the thickness of the plastic they used are very thin if you compare to the old models. I bought a townhouse from mattamy homes and the ceilling over the living room leaks whenever the snow on it starts to melt.My neighbor has the same problem since we share a common roof.
