Their employees came and sprayed my yard in June, and within a few days, most of my grass was dying. I telephoned the office and found they were unresponsive to my complaint. The washer there is no way to pause the machine while someone has a shower. The pause button only works for a short short period of time. There is now way to determine what cycle the machine is in, so when you need to switch it off, then you need to restart the load. The bleach compartment is questionable. The dryer it produces wrinkled clothing. There is no automatic cool down on the machine. This means that the user must manually adjust the temp or remove clothes when they are damp to hang to dry. Do not buy any product from Balaji machine Works or BMW Coimbatore. We bought a Mantra Grinder in Feb 2005 and within 3 months the section that holds the lid broke into 2 pieces. The grinder is no longer usable as the lid cannot be closed. After tracking the service center for another 2 months they sent a guy to have a look. After this that was the end of the issue. The kept dodging my calls and when they sometimes received they would say that a request has been sent. Ordered a sofa, love seat and recliner in May. Received the product the first week of July. The sofa and love seat do not match the recliner both in color and fabric type. We have given an arm cover for each piece back to the warranty center who in turn sent it to Laz Boy headquarters in Michigan. All they would offer was a $250 credit. This air conditioner failed to function properly after 1 year. The electronic thermostat controls failed and the a/c unit ices up. I sent it to Wind Service in Hicksville , N.Y. and they have had it since August 3rd and claim they are waiting for parts. Rainbow vacuum cleaner (the e series) is the one i bought, this thing is a expensive piece of junk. The cord is so cheap it gets very warm during use, it does not pick up things off my carpet near as good as my much much cheaper sears vacuum, so many times i have to loosen things on the rug before the rainbow will pick it up,so i get out my 200 dollar sears and get the job done. I bought a Sears Kenmore side by side model # 56546400 based on the Consumer Reports recommendation. I did not have it home a week and the first Jabil controller board burnt out. They replaced that, but 20 months later, it burnt out again. The repairman said boards almost never burn out...so what are the statistical odds of it happening to my refrigerator. This company sold me wall-to-wall carpet that is the wrong color/shade. They did not give me any warranty information. I finally asked and they said to go online and get it. There are 10 different warranties online. I did not buy the carpet online so why should I go there to get information they should be supplying in pamphlet form. We put this product on a customer's house and have been battling Alcoa for one year. It has cost us (the contractor) so much money on behalf of our customer. The customer never complained. We did.
