Check everything with this builder. They will promise you the world and then will slowly change the rules once you are hooked. The president is great - he works intimately with the customer and addresses all the issues until it is handed off to his team of less than knowledgeable overseers. They advertised a service call fee of $24.95 to check the air conditioning system. Martin Garcia arrived, opened the condenser unit and closed it. Went to the electric service board and switched on the breaker for the A/c and it started working. Someone must have switched the breaker off. Anways, Martin insisted on charging me $85 and became belligrent so I decided to pay him $65 just to get him out of my place. He refused to consider that he had advertised a service call for $24.95. I purchased the Paula Deen 12 qt stock pot at Walmart about 4 or 5 months ago. It was a GREAT pot for making large batches of soup and I was very happy with it until this morning. After less than 2 years the leather surface on the back of the sofa has begun to peel. We are out of warranty according to the agreements we signed, but this seems to be out of the ordinary as leather should not peel. I ordered an entire crib, changing table, and dresser set from Babies R Us on May 21st. The dresser and changing table came without problem that same week and were delivered into our apartment. The crib on the other hand has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Babies R Us gave us a tracking number so that we could see where the crib was. Tx Best Fence stated 2-3 days to install the fence starting on 5/31/11 but so far the work is not complete. Installers worked between 30 min to 2 hours at most when they were on property. Fence materials were to be pre-stained cedar but were delivered unstained. Company did not communicate issues or challenges. Install also performed poorly causing split boards and misaligned boards. They advertise solar panels as being approved for CEC rebate and 250Watt output but supplied me with 160W panels, not approved for rebate and 24 volt instead of 12Volt as ordered.
