When the bed was delivered this Saturday they forgot to insert the support pieces for the bed. I phoned and asked if this should not be inserted at the time when the bed was being assembled. They informed me that it is for another delivery. The next day out of the blue they turned up and said they forgot to add the support pieces for the bed. After assembling the bed the left in a hurry. My wife and I purchased a Kenmore front loading washer and dryer from Sears on May 17, 2010, in Rochester Minnnesota. In January of 2011 the dryer stopped heating. A service call was made, and the technician discovered that the thermostat(heating regulator) was the wrong model. How was this not caught in production? Seargeants Remodel (ServiceMagic) aka JustinSchonna Huber have a remodeling scam. We have payed them over $8, 700 to tile one bathroom and one shower. The contract called for them to replace soffits, flooring, ceiling, etc. I realize they drag work schedule to collect payments (draw schedule) and then when you press them for time table the run. A few months ago, I had a warranteed basement waterproofing system installed in my cellar. Unfortunately, the engineers (?) were unable to determine the full extent of the problem. We have had buildings insurance with C & G for a long time without complant until we tried to make a claim. They passed our claim through to a company called Asprea. They are awful. Calls are never returned the surveyor is impossible to get hold. In our case the "surveyor" was a Tyrone Barnes - absolutely useless. We currently have 10 units covered by Sensible Home Warranty contracts. In the almost two years we have placed maybe four (4) calls for service, out of those 4 calls we have not been reimbursed for 1 repair which we had to end up calling our own contractor in for repairs. Another call is still currently open ( 4 days and a lot of lip service but no contractor to repair a blower motor in our heater furnace.
