On May 28th 2009, I went there to to have a bridge re-cemented in place. They NEVER discussed or mentioned that there was NO guarantee how long the repair would last. They billed my insurance company and I paid a $55.00 co-pay. Less than 18 HOURS later, the repair failed and the bridge came out in a salad I was eating (no croutons). Unbeknowst to the buyer, the fine print says you have 14 days from order date, not date of receipt, to try the product and call to cancel or you will be charged additional fees. I ordered this product from the internet to use with the acai diet pills. I ordered a 15 day supply and paid shipping/handling. Before the 15 days were completed my credit card was charged. When I contacted them they said they charged the product 15 days from the date of ordering the product. It took a week to get the product in the mail so I only had a 1 week trial. The company would not refund my money but they offered to give me half credit and I could keep the two bottles they sent (which I did not get for another week.) Worse than bad! Livy Stoyka and her staff worked my two kids over. Apparently the whole place runs on unbelievable rudeness, dishonesty and poor workmanship. My step-daughter left bleeding & in tears. My son left shaking with anger at the treatment they received. They went in for basic checkups & had poor quality unauthorized work done on them. When I called to check status of my refund the agent informed me the company was not the same as the company I received Resveratrol . My refund was being processed for the Resveratrol. I bought a pair of Gladiator sandals WITH A 4" HEEL froM FOH back in Jan of 2009. It's not like I rushed to wear them so they sat in my closet for 5 months before I wore them in my home for all of 15 minutes.
