My engine builder purchased a cam shaft, lifters. All the necessary goods to assemble my engine. The cam was so soft that as we were breaking it in the thing ground away to nothing ruining all the other new engine parts as the grindings passed through. I ordered some cabinet pulls from this company. The merchandise arrived at my house 5 weeks after I ordered. When it arrived one of the 6 pulls was broken and the others didn't quite fit. When I decided to return them I was told there was a 40% restocking fee. When this company made a mistake with a custom order, they refused to make it right and threatened to sue me if I didn't have the products installed as is. I even had the original sketches made by their sales rep showing that they had not delivered what I ordered. There are (2) NCIC's in Longview, TX. The good one is on Tyler. The other one...ripoff! I used a payphone at the Flying J truck stop with my debit card. I have a bill for almost $10, 000 and two months later the installation is not completed! They had to cut a piece on sight that did not fit like it should. It chipped and cracked. Instead of replacing it they tried to putty it. This piece became dislodged within two weeks. When the same installers came back and reset it it broke in two places and I can't even get a phone call. I had a new engine installed at Turnpike 6 months ago. A week later, a part that contected to the motor was broke (they failed to tell us that). A month ago 2 injectors went bad and they swore they fixed the problem.
