Called them up to open locked car. They used local Seattle number and local name. Asked for quote and was told that it would be $39 for service plus possible $19 fee. Aero All Gas in Hartford, Ct, a family based propane supplier, has appeared to forget their roots as a company. 17 years ago, they buried propane tanks in my neighborhood and have supplied the propane ever since. As an incentive to purchase a security system from Pinnacle, I was given a card to register for $600 in VISA cards at $25 a month. I registered, sent in receipts and have received nothing. Now, I cannot even get to their webpage. I ordered the trial sample of BellaClear, only to be charged a whopping 80$ a day later. They won't issue a return, either, because I took too long - the package took 6 days to get there, and I only had an 8 day trial period, so I should've called, I was told. Even though I found the cheapest possible replacements at OfficeMax and WalMart, the company is too cheap to send $280 in compensation and instead keeps stonewalling. For over a year now I have tried to get someone in your billing department to contact me and resolve a balance due that has appeared on our billing invoice. I have sent registered letters and someone did call and I gave them copies of the research I did but it has still not been cleared up.
