Cablevision upgraded me to their IO Digital Cable Service in July 2005. They came and replaced my analog set-top box with a digital box. I did not check my bills closely enough for the following six months, until I noticed in January 2006 that they were actually billing me for two set-top boxes. A minor expense, but still an additional $5 per month for the phantom box. This is the second time I've had this kind of trouble with Cablevision. Last time they tried to upsell me something, the sales person offered me free bundled HBO permanently. Turns out it was only free for one month. So, after 2 months of calling Harlan every day and making 2 trips to his house, Harlan finally mailed me my disc. He originally promised me my pictures in 2-3 days. I did not expect much after I realized what kind of person I was dealing with, but I was extremely disappointed. My 4 year old son could have taken these pictures. He did not not edit the photos one bit. No red eye reduction, no cropping, no nothing. This guy is a complete loser as a person and a photographer. I feel so sorry for the brides who picked this guy. I will not do business with them again and am also going to file a complaint with the Georgia BBB. Be very wary of the Carleton Sheets Real Estate Scam, I mean program. While the program itself may be worthwhile to some, it's trash to others. My husband bought this espresso machine off e-bay and it was refurbished, and came with a one year warrenty, he paid $550. I would like to make a complaint about aunt Jamima's box open. To open, you are supposed to push the tab in and pull out. Well, here is the problem. Poor, poor service and unreasonable guidlines for profiles and pictures. They're very quick and happy to take your money but are very unaccountable when it comes to customer service. They only seem to respond when they like the query...if you have a complaint they just ignore you. It seems to me that profiles are rejected based on the personal opinion of the person reviewing the profile and then they refuse to explain themselves...but already have my money of course. The above web site sold me a 1 year subscription on 9-21-2005. Due to repeated warnings that my subscription was about to expire I decide to uninstall the program and then to re-install it. To my surprise the program did not allow me to re-install and continued to pester me to purchase a new subscription. Writing to them was no help at all since they never bothered to reply. They conveniently left out their phone number so there is no way to contact them. Why does the government allow these types of businesses to flourish at the expense of the public. I contacted Rex TV in; Morristown, Tennessee about a television that was not working as soon as they opened on Thursday December 29, 2007.
