This company installed their product three years ago in our attic. Recently, we had some electrical work done and had to have a couple of large holes cut in the ceiling. When I stood on a ladder and stuck my head into the attic, I was horrified to find that there was no radiant barrier in attic above the entire dining room. This company takes the cake. They have a F rating at the BBB, love to call and threaten you when they are late inj delivery (4-7 days is normal for them). Dan is their heavy who loves to make all the threats. He is sooo brave over the phone!!! I bet you anything he would be a lot different in person. I paid Enviro Clean 2889.68 to treat my home for mold on 12/09/08. Their employee Jim came back to my home on 12/20/08 and took air samples to test the air quality. I have yet to receive my air quality reports. No one form the company told me I would need to remove my food from my home before they treated my home, however after my home was treated I was told to throw away any food that was not a canned good. I ordered something called Dual Action Cleanse. I have not received this, but I recd an invoice from GNC fro Acaia Berry which I have not recd. I order a "free sample" and now I understand they have shipped me something and I am being billed on a monthy program which I did not sign up for. My credit card company called me and there is a fraudulent charge for 89.32 from some company called Health Pharmacy. Also Billed 3.oo + twice from somewhere in Utah, and Colorado. I thought getting this card would be great for me, but it has given me more headaches than my kids do. I have had numerous accounts of bad customer service. I had an issue where my money wasn't dispensed completely from an ATM and when I called they gave me a time and date as to when it would be credited back to my account. I thought it was too easy.. They are still running the scam. Even after I have told them not to be interested and that they only confirmed my order of the free trial. They still charged my account an additional amount. After contacting them and complaining about that, they just confirmed a week later a montly subsciption I never asked for. The come to the house and say we will save you money over your cable TV provider. I tell them cable TV provider charged $50/month for ALL EIGHT TV's. They promise, we will save you money. I paid for a logo to be designed for my company. It said 2-3 days for logo to be sent to me. It has been almost a week and no one has gotten back to me. My visa went through and the money was converted in Euros. I tried contacting them, and they have not returned any emails. 1st Verizon wired my area for FIOS and no longer sold DSL in the area. I was required to purchase FOIS at the higher cost if I wanted Verizon. Fios required rewiring your home for fiber optic. I did so and bundled phone and direct TV for 99.99 per month plus taxes. Fois includes either MSN premium or Yahoo Premium w/ free virus and spyware. Fairpoint takes over. The worst part was that the lines were not cancelled and when we tried to use it Helio could not activate them for us. Eventually I got some letters in the mail from NCO, indicating that they were attempting to collect on belhaf of 1 & 1 Internet. When I was quoted for my move they said they assured me that if my belongings were insured for damages, . Insurance was covered under the fee charged for moving. The Letstalk website, and the receipts I received from them, all indicated that the Activation charge was FREE.
