I just recently bought from this company, and I have to say I agree with almost everyone else that it was a BAD choice!
On thier page for the Olympus D-460 Zoom digital camera it clearly states that it comes with an industry standard 8 MB smart media card, and the price is $249. This was a great price so I placed my order.

Which I made them test first, and then hand deliver to me at a computer fair. They tech support was horrible because nobody spoke fluent english and nobody knew anything about what to do. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company does not keep any items in stock, rather just drop ships to you from vendors. This process in reality takes 7 to 10 days. If you have weeks to wait to receive items, go ahead and order. If you are on a deadline they will never make it, and then charge you a 15% restocking fee if you have to return the items because you were forced to order them from another company that actually cared about customer service. Customer Service Representatives must be told or trained to be as rude and condescending as possible. I had asked for the RMA number to return a keyboard for a refund. By by the time I had received an RMA number, the fellow indicated that it was beyond the 30 days, and had to go to the factory in China. It was only a $30 keyboard, and they refused to return it for a refund. I have never had a worse experience with a company. I ordered a Matrox G400 Max via Second Day Air but they shipped an Asus Motherboard via UPS Ground. I contacted them several times via email but they did not respond. I contacted them by phone and arranged for return and refund. Two weeks later I still had not received a refund so I contacted them again by phone and was told they would credit my card immediately. Two weeks later I still had not received anything from them. I ordered a present for my brother in mid-DECEMBER with a money order. It's now JANUARY 7 and I *still* haven't received my item. I ordered the MMX Universal adapter (CM175-UNIV) from them and did not receive it for more than two weeks. When I contacted them seeking an explanation for the delay, none was offered. The e-mail responses consisted of one line that ignored most of my questions. My multiple requests for a shipment tracking number were ignored as well. My receipt stated that my order was to be shipped via UPS Ground but I received it via USPS Priority Mail, which is only supposed to take 2-3 days. In addition, they charged $12.42 for shipping!

I am infuriated with the AT&T customer service that was rendered to me. The support from the Business Care Center, Customer Care Center, Santa Ana (CA) Corporate store, and the Premier Web Order Center is horrific. I have never witness this type of support provided by any other wireless company throughout my 20 years of using a mobile phone. I am very annoyed about the delay in the relase date for the sims 3, I have made a countdown for 20th of february and prepared my computer for the game by deleting files and creating space.
Me and My Friend have been so excited about it and we've been talking non stop . And then we fount out that the release date had ben delayed . We even pre-ordered it and payed an extra £10.00 to make sure it came on the release date. We purchased an expensive treadmill from Sears some years ago. Approximately one year ago it failed and we called for service. The service man came out and repaired the machine, which we paid for. The machine failed again and we called for service. Last December when travelling abroad made two calls from the Denver Airport to San Francisco. I made the mistake of using my credit card as I didn't have change to make the calls.
The first call got me a wrong number, lasted about 30 seconds and the charge to my card was 16 dollars.
The second one lasted a minute after I left a message and cost over 30 dollars.

My experience with this company was horrendous. The company's customer service is the worst service I have even experienced as they have an extremely difficult time in answering their phone and not calling back even though they promise they will.

The customer service is terrible, and there is a 20% restocking fee on any item whether it has been opened or not. Many of the items on their site are not stocked by CompBizUSA, but by direct suppliers who sell directly themselves. If you return something, they must check with the direct supplier to get a shipping label for you, which takes time.
