Ordered power supply. It was DOA. (Even though as per the site they TEST them). It took 6 weeks to get another RMA's. (the delay due to insufficient RMA tracking, I suppose, I had to give them the UPS tracking # so they could "Find" it.) That replacement power supply arced severely, and blew a transistor through it's vent. (thank goodness no-one was injured arcing or schrapnel!) Ordered my items through SHOP.com, got confirmation from SHOP.com right away, also from the other merchants I purchased from through SHOP.com at the same time. Got confirmation from EVERYONE EXCEPT VITADIGEST. Vitadigest never even acknowledged me order until 12/19/2008, then stating that that was the date I placed the order. On the upside they also did not charge me for my order until the last week in December when they finally got aroud to sending my merchndise. WOW!! I wish I had seen this before I ordered. Same story ordered what looked like a great deal. $108.00 ordered. My purchase experience with Computer Warehouse was extraordinary! I made the order for a digital camera on Monday, Dec. 2nd. John Nelson, a customer service rep, recognized that the ad was entered wrong, and I wasn't going to get what I had requested. Before the original camera arrived, he corrected the order. I ordered a Phiten Power sleeve on 12/5 - received notification it would be backordered until 12/12, then 12/19. Okay, now it's 12/24, and I just received an email it's backordered until 1/20/09. Very sleazy dealer. My Dad was buying me a camera for christmas and the person he talked to essentially conned him into spending an extra $400 on crappy accessories that would otherwise cost less than half of that price. I bought a Logitech mini mouse from this company on eBay. It quit working after a week. I had to send them two emails to ask for return instructions. They are slow to reply to a problem. Then, to get an RMA number, you have to follow 20 rules on their request page and fill out a lengthy form with information they already have. Then it takes two days to get a number. They don't refund return shipping and you have to pay shipping again on the replacement. The item price was fair but the shipping was more than the item price. DO NOT Order from this company. Their Customer Service Department could not care less what problem you have. I spent better than 30 minutes on the phone just to be told that the manager would have to deal with my problem and he would be in "sometime later." They also will not refund any accessories or warranties you buy. Ordering was fast and easy and my packages arrived promptly. However, I ordered two items and they accidentally sent me two of the same items as well as the other I ordered for a total of three. I did it backwards--ordered first and then found the reviews. So many negatives convinced me I should cancel the order right away. I did so the very next day, but the order had already shipped. Two days later I received a reply to my email informing me it was too late to cancel, but that I could refuse the shipment. The order arrived six days after shipping (includes the weekend).
