I had been off for 4 days due to the truck that they sold me I had only been with them 3 weeks. When got the truck back they gave me a load at 1300 that did not pick up until that nite until 2100 the trailer did not get loaded until 2330 and I had to go 400 miles and deliver at 1100 the next day. These guys cold called me to ask me to place an ad. Sent down a sales rep named Brady Hall, who asked that I give him cash. I gave him a check instead for $180. He cashed it. Four months later, there is still no ad from the company. I'm in California. I call the company about 6 times, each time I get the run-around. No one knows if I even paid. I notified my bank about non-service on a VISA charge. Note: there was no phone number for the USEARCH on the charge. The bank has turned this over to their fraud department. Freedom Vanlines (from Dallas) was the subsidiary company that was supposed to deliver all our furniture on bahalf of "Authorised movers". They claim that the weight tickets for our non-binding contract was "misplaced" and they never sent it to me. The initial estimate was 3900 lbs, which I refused to believe.
