I am also upset with this company. I found the customer service number (800-777-4034) When I called I got some woman that sounded like she had just had throat surgery... I had to have her repeat every sentence. According to them, they shipped my order on Sept 18th... that is one day short of a month of when I ordered it. I placed an order Nov. 10, 2007 for $47 worth of marine equipment. Order # 3097686 / Included two containers of Carbon Free gas additive and one pump for lubricant to the lower unit of the boat motor. I was at the anderson store on 9/21/08 and watched (and it was hot outside) as the drivers has to wash the motorhomes (there was 2 being delivered) u would think after driving them over 2000 miles they would be happy to get them delivered no go wash them or pay us. They go by the of WOW MINE too They do a lot of spam about special offers, even if you ask them to remove you from the list they still spam you. Put an order in with Yak to transfer my services from Bell Canada to them because they offered better rates and lower costs. This was done in the last week of August.
