I had a credit for nerly $1000 with Alligiant, When I called a month ago, they said it was ok if I used the credit 1 week or so afterwards, since I did pay for it. Sir or Madam, I travelled on 23 April 2011 from Delhi-Dubai-Johannesburg-Gaborone via flight EK-515, EK-761 & BP-206. We booked six luggage from Delhi to destination Gaborone vide carrier bag tag number 277951, 277952, 277953, 277954, 277955 & 278437. Out of which we received only five bags. I recently booked a return trip from Durban to Johannesburg and i was very dissapointed at the lack of assistance i did not recieve especially after it was offered to me. I have two very young children (ages two and four) and I had my hands full with trying to carry hand luggage all the while trying to get my kids on board safely and finding our bearings. I was contacted by Vacation Property Service. They explained they were a For Sale by owner advertising company and that they had many clients interested in buying my property. They sent me a package stating they advertised on every single television station from Fox news to Lifetime. I gave them $995.00 advertising fee. A month ago we took at Royal Caribbean cruise including the port of Jamaica. My husband and I had heard that the Sandals all-inclusive resort was fabulous. We were able to obtain a day pass and enjoyed several hours of all the beach, pool food and drinks we could handle. While driving from Ohio to New Jersey on March 6, 2011 (Sunday), I encountered a snow storm in Pennsylvania and the Quality Inn Milesburg was the closest hotel that I was able to get to. After arriving (almost midnight), I was told that due to the weather, there was no electricity on the 2nd floor and indeed, most rooms on the 2nd floor had no electricity. I cancelled a booking because the selected hotel did not have an airport shuttle as advertised, and was not near the airport, also as advertised. I got charged $15 for cancellation. I am of the opinion that this fee is inappropriate. The search engine on their web site produces deceptive results, leading customers to make reservations for hotels that do not meet the requested input parameters. Notwithstanding the fine print on their web site, there should be an implied warranty that the results of the reservation process are accurate to the input parameters requested.
