After we booked and traveled and were dis satisfied with the service and the quality of the the service and lodging, we requested, several times for our money back. All of this was to be within one year of our original sign up date. All we were offered was a two week extension on our one year contract and we told Worldwide that this was not satisfactory. I recently travelled on the greyhound neon bus with my husband and baby. We boarded in Manhattan with three pieces; by the time we got to the US/ Canada border, there was only two pieces. Please warn all consumers not to do business with 1800Hotels. I booked a room with them at Planet Hollywood only to arrive and find that although I had been charged for the reservation, the reservation was no good. I had to rebook once I arrived at Planet Hollywood and was in essence charged twice. Not only that, but then 1800Hotels put an additional charge on my credit card for a "Foreign Transaction" fee. They claimed to be working to recover monies paid out to Florida timeshare scam artists and, for 25% of what they would recover, they would work to recover the funds I'd paid out. I told the gentleman who called me that I had no money to pay him. He responded with "We're not a non-profit organization".
