We got an upgrade and paid in an extra amount in to get a Nokia 6210 navigator with a 5 mpixel camera. Within 7 days of getting the phone the camera gave problems. We took it back and got a new phone. Within 7 days the phone gave the same problem. We took it back and got another phone. So finally after about 3 months we could eventually use the phone. I am a woman and dont know much about machanics but i do know that if you are driving down the road and your car suddenly stops and everything shuts down and you actualy have to get it towed home, that there is a problem and if there is a problem you take it to the dealer but you never expect them to tell you to fetch your car there is nothing wrong with it. i was charged additional accesories which are not on the vehicle and some are standard. when i approach the dealer he does not want to look into this matter and wesbank also does not want to take my complain. wesbank even referred me to the wrong ombudsman to handle this matter. i think they just play this micky and mouse games with in ordewr to give up on this problem. We went to the LG SHOP (outlet of LG) in Midrand, Johannesburg, South Africa in 2010 to buy Appliances.
we bought goods to the value of R20 000 and was demanded by the supplier to first pay up in full before delivery, which we did, but up to date got no goods delivered, and after much phone calls and promises from the Director of the company himself we still didnt get a refund nor the goods delivered. I purchased a new, 0km, Ford Bantam 2010 model from Porters Auto Culemborg (Cape Town) last year February. Since purchasing it, it has given me endless problems.
1. On collection of the vehicle, there were no mats inside.

I Spoke to a Xhosa Lady who works at a call centre and I agreed that I will Deposit Money every month(errears R200) to your bank account and she can only debit the monthly instalment which is R161 only, but to my surprise R490 was debited from my account which was something we did not agree to. Please be informed that my phone was booked in for repairs and returned after 3 weeks with the same fault. This service is totally unacceptable whereby my Audio was distorting and I could not hear on incoming calls. I received my E52 back on the 28-01-2011 and after using it for 2 minutes the same fault surfaced. On the 11-01-2011 I bought a new Samsung Star phone and this phone gave me a lot of trouble. After contacting Vodacom the phone was send in for repairs which only lasted for a day. This is not a complaint but rather some good advice to all Nedbank customers. We contacted Nedbank last year for a copy of a loan agreement going back 22 years but Nedbank were unable to find the agreement and eventually advised us that the loan agreement was lost.
Nedbank alleged that there was still an outstanding balance of R87000 owing on the loan which we refused to pay.

On Thursday, the 8th of April 2010, my colleague and I stopped at the Chicken Licken in Randfontein to order a take away meal. We waited for the order.
I later commented that people are receiving their order who arrived after us. When my colleague went to ask the lady behind the counter where our order was (this was 20 minutes later), we discovered that they had not started with the order!!
