In August 2009 my family stayed at this hotel and won accommodation vouchers in their birthday promo. We were told that we could stay anytime and simply make a booking and present our voucher on check in. I did this. We arrived on Saturday 20th Feb at 3pm. Money paid to Platinum was paid into your trust account. It should not have been paid over to the developer directly but rather to the attorney handling the sale. Trust money can only be paid over on transfer but as this was never available it should not have been paid over to the developer, as Platinum Club claims. On Friday 12 February we were on the M1 South near the Houghton off ramp. We noticed a bus driving dangerously close to a mercedes in the fast land - it was peak hour traffic. The bus kept getting closer and when the other driver wouldnt pull over (they couldnt) he swerved into our land behind us. I have received two huge Vodacom bills for October and November 2009 amounting to R8500 for the two months. Since 2007 I have the 500 meg contract of R249 per month and ONLY paid that amount untill receiving this HUGE amounts. In December 2009, I took my daughter to the Cell C branch at the Liberty Mall in Pietermaritzburg as her upgrade was due. I was in an accident whereby a client to zurich had caused the accident so they have to pay for repairs as third party. I have been calling these people since 2009 - december as the accident happened on the 29th November 2009 to date 01 February. I have bought a Bantam bakkie March 2009. I have recently taken it in for its 30000km service and that is where I was put of Ford full stop. They had to replace the front disc's, the thing that regulates the pressure of the brakefluid to all the brakes, the gasket on the exchaust manufault.
