I had no clue until today of that website and no clue why or what they were charging me for!?
I went to their website and online chatted with there chat support.
They asked me if I had applied online for a loan.

I bought a Gallon of milk two days ago and went to return it today because it smelled and tasted bad today(Nov 18, 2009), when I opened it. It doesn't expire until the Nov 23, 2009. Walmart customer service refused to exchange the Gallon claiming that it did not smell bad. Their customer service used to be mediocre and it is quickly going down hill. I have tried on several occasions to purchase a Hoover SteamVac Supreme Deep Cleaner locally at the store and most recently online. My order went thru and then I was sent an email saying that the order was cancelled. When I inquired why I was told, "the manufacturer didn't send us any" I asked why my order couldn't be backordered and she said they "can't do that" yet they can advertise the same product in their Veterans Day catalog knowing they don't have any in stock. I sent my new laptop computer in to fix a problem with the cooling fan and am now being asked to pay $300 to repair damage that clearly happened in transit to HP Repair Center or in their facility. HP has no system in place to deal with customer complaints and have made it very difficult if not impossible to reach a supervisor or anyone in authority that can help resolve a dispute. I like the computer, but I will be going back to a Dell next time as this experience was absolutely unacceptable.

I just went with this company, they are fabulous. I was told everything upfront, there are no hidden fees. The agent was intelligent, well informed and quite knowledgeable about the resort my timeshare is at. They are not a listing company they are for sale by owner so they already have the buyers in house and ready to go. There customer service is outstanding and if they do not sell the timeshare, you get a full refund and they state that in their contract. read full review »

the web site was very misleading. i signed up for a year membership for 35.40 on monday nov 16. i used the site immediately to do a search for one individual. not only did i receive no proprietary information on the person but i found that i was to be charged an addtional 39.95 for that search. within an hour of signing up i contacted the company (john) and explained how misleading the text was on the site and that i wanted nothing to do with the company. it seemed designed to mislead as you can see from the site. john told me he would reverse... read full review »

I needed the water supply line coming from my wall to the toilet tank replaced. Because they said their line would not work with the shut-off valve I had, they also replaced it. It took the plumber all of 5 minutes to replace the line and valve and they charged me $371.00. After doing some research, I found the flexable water supply line for $10.oo and the shut-off valve for $5.00. While there was a $60.00 dispatch charge, adding that up with the cost of the supplies is $75.00. Are you telling me that plumbers are making $296.00 an hour now?! This company advertises on www.tradekey.com, I found them on that site. I needed uggs boots to sell so I asked for a sample of about 6 different styles. The lady(or man who knows now) said she had everything available and even sent a picture of a couple of them. Same as the other complaints, I signed up for the "free" trial, and agreed to pay the $2.95 shipping. My products were a colon cleanse, and some acai capsules. Two weeks to the day of my order two charges should up on my bank account totaling over $170! I first call the bank and told them to stop the payments, but they said since they are still pending I had to wait till they cleared, then file a complaint. I then called the company.

i have joined this horrible company called Primerica on October, 2008.
They i have to pay $99 to join and that will cover your license. i paid that and signed agreement. After few days i told to cancel my contract and i was not interested any more. I never hear from them again. Today which the date is November of 2009, I found out they have been charging me $25 every month.
I am very shacked i have been very busy and did not check my account often.

We signed a contract with them that says, if they are not able to get us a Loan Modification in 6 months, they will give us a refund of 2/3 of the $2995 fee we paid them in the beginning of the Loan Modification program.

We were contacted by this company several weeks ago about combining the 2 mortgages we have - one being a heloc with an adjustable rate. We provided all the info and were told taht the mortgage would be refinanced into one under an FHA mortgage which allows a 125% loan to value. Received the paperwork and realized 1. that the property adress was dead wrong and 2. the refinance was only for the 1. mortgage - the fees totaled almost $13, 000!! I am one of the many who have been targeted by this fraud. I have used intellus to do some people searches not realizing that it was all a scam. When you provide your credit/debit card information to who you think is intellus, it is actually going to these people known as VAL MAX. For the past six months i've been recieving charges from a Membership Values based out of Il. They varied from 19.95 to 24.95. I guess that is how they slip under your radar, using small amounts. They responded to a letter from the Better Business Bureau and a refund was issued almost immediately. I haven't received it, but at least they are now saying (for the first time) that it has been issued. I experienced terrible delays in processing my transactions, deposits, withdrawls and any other request, the customer service was the worst and arrogant reps at discover bank.
