Company claims they buy phone access from Verizon and re-sell it at a lower rate to save consumers money. What they actually do is reduce per line access charge by a couple of dollars and then add undisclosed service charges to make the total bill higher than it would have been from Verizon. I have attempted to modify service plan multiple times and found that they wont honor verbal agreements. I had an unauthorized charge on my checking account. By the time I realized what happened my account was losing money by the minute. I notified the company that put the charge through and my bank. I was told to go to the nearest office and file a dispute. When I arrived the charge was credited back to my account and I was left with about $500 in fees. I had decided to purchase a new computer from the Apple store and saw that Juniper Visa was offering no interest for 90 days through a partnership with Apple. I applied for the card online and the trouble began. After experiencing technical issues with the website, it delayed my ability to make the purchase for days. My car was returned to me soaking wet on the driver side front and back carpets soaking down to the floorboard, door speaker wet, leather seat heating coil may be damaged.Car purchased may 28 2007 damaged by dealership that will not take responsibility for damages of very wet car inside . After facing foreclosure, I contacted the bank and applied for the President's Home Modification Program. They put the foreclosure on hold while they were working on the program. I called them frequently for updates and was always told they were still working on it and everything was still on hold, not to worry. Although there are no lemon laws in Georgia I believe I have a clear complaint of consumer fraud. I bought a 1997 Chevy Blazer from AutoMax that almost got me killed. I have been making payments on time since March of 2009 for a car that I might have driven for a month. The car has been parked under my carport for months and is not drivable. Had pipe leak in slab. American Plumbing came out and can repipe my whole house. Quoted, $789. I signed the work order. The repipe was done. I recieved an invoice and gave my credit card number. We brought our car in for an oil change. They told us we had to get the 30k inspection in order to keep our Tires for Life contract going; so I did for $300 later.
