Do not use this service in Connecticut if you need a social worker for Adoption Home Study. There is only one social worker and a part-time secretary in the office. The social worker responds to emails and phone calls with days of delay. Most times she did not bother to return phone calls or emails. The emails tend to be missing or whatever reason, there are always problems with emails between her and her client. Either she lies or she has a system that does not work well. I am Robert's Aunt. He stayed only 90 days with Teen Challenge in San Diego, Ca. It is a 15 months program. My husband and I serve on the board at Teen Challenge. Good Sam is not paying per the contract terms and the so called review board ignore the facts in order to deny the claim. I had several relays and modules on my Essex fail. We ordered and installed the parts and got the system working again. They sent out a local adjuster and it was agreed by the adjuster that is was not a good idea and not required to put the bad modules and relays back into the system to prove they were not working.
