Very very very BAD! Interesting proposition for the consumer, but in the end, designs were ugly and not thought out. They were terribly late with no customer service to speak of. This company is shifty. I returned some costumes eligible for a REFUND. They issued me a store credit. I had to send several threatening emails before I got the refund owed to me. In December of 2010, we hired United Duct Cleaning to clean our air ducts. The service they performed was poor. When leaving, they drove over 2 expensive landscape bushes. 2 months of trying to communicate with UDC along with the submission of a replacement cost estimate, have not provided any meaningful response or resolution. Credit card charged for full amount, okay everything must have shipped. Four days later only one part arrives. Invoice says part is backordered. I paid £146.99 for a 2 seater ride on for my boys for christmas they loved it. We used it twice and it wouldnt work i had it in my kitchen all the time. I could not get a word in edgewise without him cutting me off mid-sentence, or...hanging up on me, which he did...twice! He also proceded to tell me that it was "his way or the highway".
