I called back and he demanded money from me or he would take me to court for $4000. After a few years, I decided to finally complain. Back in 2008-2009, in Dallas, TX, a company contacted me - more specific, its owner, Don King. He convinced me they offer job coaching, so on, so on - and took about $800 for their services. The only thing I got for this money was... a nice plastic directory, containing my resume re-written in a very funny manner, and with fonts of 4, so it would all fit on a page - and a 100 pages of bullshit. I was contacted by A.J. (name shortened for legal reasons) of Hunter Warfield. He was very rude and short with me. I could not get a word in edgewise without him cutting me off mid-sentence, or...hanging up on me, which he did...twice! He also proceded to tell me that it was "his way or the highway". And, the first time he hung up, I was in the middle of telling him that I was invoking my FDCPA rights. Real class act, this company and this paticular individual (insert sarcasm here). I have had the same issue as others whom have filed on this site and the company stated 7.95 for a introductory offer instead of a supposed 149.90 which they charged on top of the 7.95 and subscribed me to some 17/month fee for some membership i was completely unaware of. I dropped off my laptop to pc richards in the bronx in may of 2010. At first, they tried to tell me that I have no warranty on the laptop. I had to explain to them that I purchased two laptops and that the other, my cousin returned and got a credit and this is mines. I have had a credit balance for two months. Lets just say the run around is endless. It is almost like a bunch of 10 years olds running a dental company. My last six month chekup required dental xrays. Only half were taken because she had a long day and was tired. A shock the insurance company was billed the full amount! I had the misfortune of ordering a "free trial" for spider veins back in 12/10. It was junk and I returned it within the 30 day trial, but I had given them my debit card to pay for shipping charges. I purchased a Kenmore Elite Calypso Washer from Sears in 2002. Within one year it had the mother Board replaced for more than $1000 but luckily it was under warranty. I have never been happy with the performance of this washer. Clothes are dripping with water and full of lint. It has broken down couple of times and I have had it fixed . It is broken again and I just found out that there was a Class Action Law Suit for this model settled in 2009 and I was not even aware of it because Sears did not deem it necessary to inform me. Fannie Mae took our Mortgage away frm SunTrust and gave to Nationstar to Service in 12/2010. We were in a loan modification with ST but never heard if we were approved or denied the mod. We continued to make our reduced monthly payment on time and never missing a payment. In fact, we have never been late or missed a payment. Kaiser is absolutely awful! They won't pay if you have complicated medical issues and simply don't care. They only care about saving money. They hurt me tremendously, and I am still in pain from their lack of care. When I filed a complaint with Kaiser, they offered me extended coverage and then reneged on their offer. In addition to all the pain they caused me, I now have to pay for the extended coverage bills they were supposed to cover. Very cruel and unethical! We have successfully purchased and downloaded XBox LIVE's "Call of Duty: Black Ops - First Strike: Pack 1 (EN)". It appears from the games marketplace as fully downloaded and available to "PLAY NOW" yet we get the bogus and incorrect message screen: "To use this item, play the game it was downloaded for." We are then directed to any of our GAMES library. This pack set is NOT showing in any of our libraries. Why?
