I purcashed an engineered floor in May 2010 and by October 2010 the finish was coming off anf the supposed knots in the wood were nothing more that some putty/plastic material that came up off the floor. On Friday, February 4, 2011, the vent in my apartment began blowing out cold air. I called oncall maintence for assistance. Maintenance tech came out and stated he did what he could and would return in the morning to finish the job because he could not see outside in the dark. I placed a take away order from this restaurant a week ago and right before I left the house to pick up the order I heard the death of a close family member. So, I assigned a friend to pick up the order and that person showed up after few hours without it.
