I have a Jeep Liberty 2009 ...that vehicle is under warranty, one month ago I went to Planet Dodge dealer in Miami, Florida, because the front door panels are so baddly ... My email to the rental company... I would strongly advise you and your managers to review your policy of inspecting homes before they go into the rental program. I have a high degree of knowledge of OSHA standards and health concerns due to animal feces imbedded into the carpet from managing several pet friendly resorts. I wanted to report that Turbo Tax had a major glitch in their system for people who used the program and had their refunds direct deposited to their account. Turbo tax is trying to keep this quiet but it’s a major problem. Basically everyone who wanted to have their refunds direct deposited is now going to be getting a live check from the IRS. High Bill (most of the case more than Electricity), Late Billing just with 3 days before due date, excessive and abusive Late Fee Charge. I admit that I am late making my car payment (2, actually) . I called to make a pmt (1/14/11) and was told it would only be accepted if I also made a second payment (due by 1/31/11). I explained that I would not have $ on 1/31/11 and it would not be available until 2/11/11. I was told that 2 payments would be required, but I could call on 1/31/11 and push out my pmt. I did call back on 1/31/11 and was told that my payment could not be pushed out. My payment for 1/31/11 was cancelled, though. On 2/2/2011 I got a email with a new ID number and saying they would be taking $74.95 from my account, but if I wish to cancel to call 888-789-4056 and cancel immediately before March. I have had a service policy with Service Care ( South Carolina Electric & Gas is the parent company ) for several years and every time something breaks they find some reason not to fix it. Party Time Chair rental delivered chairs to me but had to wait 18 minutes to gain access to the venue. As a result they took my deposit even though it is not indicated on the invoice nor was it verbally stated that they would do so. When they had to pick them up they were 1 hour late which caused me to be written up for work and loose a 1/2 day pay. Attorney Ted Sumner is not, in my opinion, competent. He was not adequately prepared for court, did not perform well in front of the judge and did not appear to know how to file documents or navigate the legal system. Considering how long he's been practicing I had hoped for a much better representation. I felt his overconfidence impeded his ability to do his job and resulted in a bad outcome. He appeared to give too much weight to the unimportant while ignoring the bigger picture and I paid the price. I would never recommend this lawyer after my experience. read full review »

My wife and I purchased a Kenmore front loading washer and dryer from Sears on May 17, 2010, in Rochester Minnnesota. In January of 2011 the dryer stopped heating. A service call was made, and the technician discovered that the thermostat(heating regulator) was the wrong model. How was this not caught in production? I would think that the production facility would have a QA team with the same tools as the technicians have. A diagnostic check at the end of production would have caught this. My loan was sold by Chase to LBPS (a part of IBM). LBPS does not accept payments by electronic transfer from my bank. Does it seem odd that a computer company doesn't do computer transfers? It did to me until I realized, that this results in more late payments, since you have to send your payment 5 days sooner to allow for mail delivery. I have tried to contact this company and, after a certain number of rins it disconnects. I will be contacting my credit card and the BBB to be certain they are made aware of what appears to be shady dealings. The seem to take advantage of people by not being available and, since my husband has had a heart attack I could not get back to them within the specified number of days to cancel my order. Seargeants Remodel (ServiceMagic) aka JustinSchonna Huber have a remodeling scam. We have payed them over $8, 700 to tile one bathroom and one shower. The contract called for them to replace soffits, flooring, ceiling, etc. I realize they drag work schedule to collect payments (draw schedule) and then when you press them for time table the run. Not to mention the quality of work is poor. They alledge to work for Sadler Homes, a large high end builder. One of the workers wife apparently works there.
