On several occasions we have bought a meal at Caloundra Qld Hungry Jacks. The service is unacceptable as staff ALWAYS get orders wrong. The burgers and chips are ALWAYS cold. The hygiene of this store is appalling to say the least. I was playing on the free site and was offered a free trial on the paid site. I tried the paid site but did not like it. I went back to playing the free site. After awhile I was offered another trial on the paid site I decided to try it again. I did not like it the second time. After the second trial I tried to get back on the free site and they blocked me out. I have tried several times to get on the free site with no avail. I would hate to one of the customers trying to get unauthorized charges on their accounts removed because you can't seem to get in touch with anyone at pogogames.com to HELP you. We bought Trip Mate Insurance from Viking River Cruises for a trip to Paris. Our flights were cancelled due to severe winter storms. We filed a claim, and it was denied (even though this was a covered claim!). We filed an appeal, wrote to the CEO of Viking River Cruises, and filed a dispute with our credit card company since we had not received the services for which we paid. About 2 weeks ago I ordered Tenzo wheels with some Nitto tires from www. wheelfire.com . They took my payment only to call me back 2 weeks later letting me know that they cannot get me those wheels. Now I am looking at another week before I see my refund. Why take my money in the first place! Shady business if you ask me. I'd just like to add that I also received repeated calls from Global Winners International telling me i'd won 2 million dollars, if only i sent them $299. even though i told them i was not going to send them any money, they keep calling claiming to be legitimate. I called the police in the town they told me to send the money to, but the police felt the scam was untraceable. Is there no relief? Cozy Winters by email and was called told to check with the manufacturer which had very good warrantee service and I did. After three attempts with the manufacturer to get a satisfactory product I gave up and called Cozy Winters to ask for a refund since the manufacturer told me I would have to get a refund from them. I was told my 30 day return period had expired and since I had used warrantee “service” I was not eligible for a refund. Early this week I was reviewing my very busy monthly Visa card statement. I noticed charges from Hollywood Video that I did not recognize. I called my credit card company and found out they have been charging me the same amount for 15 months. Credit card company told me they could only dispute 3 months of charges. After having Brighthouse Networks for 2 years we moved and so I transferred service so I could keep my e-mail address and we have never had problems with Brighthouse. Well, HUGE mistake. As other reviewers have mentioned, this company is very defensive if it is suggested that a mistake could be on their end. Also, they do constantly offer the same products over and over again. When choosing products to offer, they do not take shipping costs into account, so often there does not end up being very much of a discount. Especially since they will usually only get off season products or colors that do not sell well. Ordered freshly cut Xmas tree to be delivered 12/7 to 12/13/2009. Shipped 12/9 from NC and provided tracking number. E-mailed 5 separate customer reps and spoke with 3 others. We have flooded 7 times since 2001. We were only able to file 3 times. Twice was on the house itself and once on contains. The first time that we flood the flood insurance only paid a small amount. We only got 13 thousand dollars. We waited to try and make sure that the house would not flood again before we remodeled the house. I've been charged twice in the past 4 months for 2 weight lose/management programs which I've never seen before and certainly didn't sign up for. These separate "companies" charges followed a free-trial program I ordered over the phone at which time I gave my credit card info (stupid me). Did Hydroxytone sell my information since I canceled and they therefore did not suck more money out of me? It seems strange that this is the only time when I've had an issue with fraudulent charges in 20+ years. This company listed my company as one of the vendors to supply their service. I looked them up and found numerous complaints about them selling Extended Warranties and not providing the service sold. Opened a account with sustrut got the overdraft protection when over but still under what i had in savings they lost the form and said i was out of luck unless i find my copy so i did but in the meantime they keep on paling the charges on up to $300 and credit me back only 169 saying that was the best that they could do ( for losing my form and calling me a lier) whent right to the top and the best they could do was $36 more... This company is in breech of labor laws for several reasons. No breaks for meals, employees are required to work more than 40 hrs a week. They lie to get employees and fire them for no good reason. On May 7th, 2008 I went online to order flowers for Mother's Day from FTD.com. My girlfriend and I ordered flowers for both our mothers. They quoted my $300 and then they said that there are scratches on the screen and on the back. It's a 2 year old laptop and there will be some wear and tear. Now the second offer is exactly the half of original qoute. We recently moved on August 11, 2006 with Atlas movers and have several problems with the service we received. The driver was looking for any excuse to bill us for more hours and gas mileage and therefore decided to take a route that was 20km longer between our old residence and new residence (the most direct route was 50km, there route was 70km and took 90min longer). We purchased a Lane sofa leather covered recliner Summer of 2009. We immediately had problems. The underlying material on the sofa began to 'bunch up' on one side of the sofa. After being burned by their laser on 4/13/07, I have contacted their corporate office dozens of times with no response . The procedure was so painful, I had to stop stop the treatment. I was guaranteed better ad performance, more clicks turning into phone calls, and spending less money and getting more phone calls and leads. After one week, half of my monthly budget is somehow gone already. On top of that my number of phone calls per day went down to none almost. The trial size of Extenze was ordered for my fiancé on my bank account on 4/2/08. The customer service rep was instructed not to take anymore money from my bank account, to cancel the order in my name, and to put the order in my fiancé’s name. Extenze has since withdrew money from my account four times in one month, April, after the order was cancelled, and has not refunded my money. They have caused my bank account to be overdrawn.
