I purchased the unit after searching Pricegrabber, it arrived and did not work, I notified the vendor and he ignored my request for a refund. I received a confirmation of payment after paying my bill on time. today (a week later) they contact me telling me that i entered an invalid account number and have now charged me a late fee, a payment dishonored fee, and an additional fee for paying again over the phone. I have a copy of the confirmation of payment showing that the last four digits i entered were correct but they're unable to tell me what the first three digits i entered were in order to verify that their claim is true. i find it hard to believe that i entered my account number incorrectly as it is only 7 digits long and i've had the same account number for 20 years. read full review »

I had my VC valid till 31-12-2006, and from their internet portal they had advertised that any one can renew 60 days prior. So I decided to renew on 11 Dec 2006, for one year. I ordered something called Dual Action Cleanse. I have not received this, but I recd an invoice from GNC fro Acaia Berry which I have not recd. I order a "free sample" and now I understand they have shipped me something and I am being billed on a monthy program which I did not sign up for. My credit card company called me and there is a fraudulent charge for 89.32 from some company called Health Pharmacy. Also Billed 3.oo + twice from somewhere in Utah, and Colorado. I purchased my second Intex pool recently. My first one that I had for 3 years burned up in a fire. Intex is now selling their large pools with a smaller size pump. The previous pump Model 520 @ 2000 gph was barely enough for this size pool and actually wasn't large enough. They are now selling the Model 635 @ 1500 gph with their 18' x 48' size pools. I have had endless problems with United Healthcare over the past year. They have dropped me from the plan and claimed computer problems. It took 3 months to fix that and get a new card with my name on it. They told my chiropractic office that I didn't have chiropractic coverage twice! I called and they confirmed that I did have coverage. I have filed claims that are still unpaid. Lastly, I just had surgery and they are only covering about half of the physical therapy sessions that are needed for recovery. After about a month after items were shipped out to me I had yet received anything so I decided to contact the company only to find out that they were sent to wrong address. I filed for Cigna disability and was told that I MUST file for SSI disability to get my Cigna claim. They then referred me to a "helpful" associate who assisted me in filling out the SSI claim. I just started to receive Cigna $, but denied SSI at this time. 1 week later I receive a call from this "helpful" person asking me the status of SSI, one week later I get a letter from Cigna and my employer that I will have to pay all my own insurance and no longer receive disability. Purchased a 2007 pioneer and have nothing but problems in it. Problems started right away the first time we put fresh water in it. The pipe under the sink detached at the joint. After further inspection the pex pipe fitting had never been crimped. Another time the pipe under the bathroom sink had the same problem. This cause damage to the cheap wood cabinets and flooring. I went there to buy a truck. We agreed on price, went to finance to pay. Once there, they tried to increase the price by $1500 for Teflon paint coating, which they claimed was already applied. This was total BS -- they were just trying to get more money. Sales Manager offered to let us have the Teflon for only $499 -- we walked and will never do business with them again. These guys are scum. I was able to get the same price at another Ford dealer with no Teflon. Don't waste your time with these guys.
