I purchased a used CD at a local FYE store and paid with my debit card. The clerk informed me that since I used my debit card I was entitled to 3 magazines for 3 months free. I told him no thanks, but he bugged the crap out of me saying they were free and what did I have to loose that I said ok. I have booked air tickets for 4 persons (self, my wife and my parents) to go to Tirupati from Vizag. All the tickets were confirmed and fare collected by Makemytrip. To my surprise when we check-in on 20/04/08 at Vizag Airport, Deccan Airways informed that the booking is there for only for 3 persons. I had 10 unauthorized charges to my account when I checked my statement this morning. I get alerts sent to my cell phone with BOA for overseas charges. The alert was immediatly sent to me. 10 charges! $44.79 many times and $8.90 many times. This company needs to be prevented from doing any business within the USA. GAP insurance is a good thing to have when financing a vehicle. Most policies will rporate the premium so that if you trade or sell the vehicle you get a portion of the premium back. BB and T does not do that. I financed a car for 5 years. The premium for the GAP policy was 700.00. I had the vehicle for 2.5 years. They refuse to refund any of the premium. Most GAP policies are not like that. In the end do not allow financing through BB and T or get GAP insurance through them. read full review »

They don't have a time clock, front desk has to write your time on a sheet of paper in pencil and can be changed by someone else. On Dec. 4th of 2007 we purchased 2 minature English Bulldogs from Jeff and Tonya Graham in Arkansas, we have had many problems including cherry eye, skin irritations, ear infections, and last but not least, I was told that neither puppy would weigh over 30lbs. at the max. PriceGrabber and their vendor just ripped me off on the purchase of an electronic device, a Sirius boombox. I purchased the unit after searching Pricegrabber, it arrived and did not work, I notified the vendor and he ignored my request for a refund. Pricegrabber recommended that I contact the vendor again, I was ignored, and then suggested filing in their Fraud protection system which is an absolute joke. Ordered and paid via wire transfer for a vehicle specific lambo door kit and air freight for a customer in 19 September 2008. Told goods would be despatched within 48 hours after payment received and I would received kit within 7-10 days after. I received an Insurance check in 05 for damages done to my vehicle. I sent it to Triad endorsed with my signature. On April 24 I had just finished a stressful session with this organization. I first talk to a customer service rep and after going no where with her I asked for a supervisor. I got a reply that the supervisors were all 'taking calls". I told her I'd gladly wait. I received a letter in the mail very similar to many others. It was in a plain white business envelope with no return address and a Canadian stamp. I received a confirmation of payment after paying my bill on time. today (a week later) they contact me telling me that i entered an invalid account number and have now charged me a late fee, a payment dishonored fee, and an additional fee for paying again over the phone. I have a copy of the confirmation of payment showing that the last four digits i entered were correct but they're unable to tell me what the first three digits i entered were in order to verify that their claim is true. i find it hard to believe that i entered my account number incorrectly as it is only 7 digits long and i've had the same account number for 20 years. read full review »

I ordered something called Dual Action Cleanse. I have not received this, but I recd an invoice from GNC fro Acaia Berry which I have not recd. I order a "free sample" and now I understand they have shipped me something and I am being billed on a monthy program which I did not sign up for. My credit card company called me and there is a fraudulent charge for 89.32 from some company called Health Pharmacy. Also Billed 3.oo + twice from somewhere in Utah, and Colorado. I purchased my second Intex pool recently. My first one that I had for 3 years burned up in a fire. Intex is now selling their large pools with a smaller size pump. The previous pump Model 520 @ 2000 gph was barely enough for this size pool and actually wasn't large enough. They are now selling the Model 635 @ 1500 gph with their 18' x 48' size pools.
