I ordered a knee support. It was supposed to take 3-6 business days. When it came, 16 days later, it was the wrong size. I sent it back at my expense, ordered another. Again the wrong size. I called. They sent a 3rd, again wrong size. It has taken 2 months to credit the first one. Now they claim I was never charged for any others. But I have a credit card statement showing I paid for the 2nd one. My dad has used a pair of Siemens digital in the ear hearing aids for the past year and they have been a disaster. I was with him when he got the sales pitch from his audiologist and they seemed like a great idea. The YMCA have a Discriminatory policy in place whereby if your forced to stay in one due to being made homeless you may not apply to work in the building. I installed the free version of AVG anti virus. Have not been able to uninstall it since. AVG does not help in any way. No support unless you buy their software. Who in their right mind would buy from people who are creating problems? I took it to Geek Squad to have removed. I signed and paid for a contract with SEARS to install a dishwasher I purchased from them. The installation date on the contract was for April 4, 2009. He wanted 2 percent on the buy, and 2 percent on the sell, with an additional 4.95 transaction fee. Half of that is 1 percent on both ends, and 4.95 transaction. I then sent an email one week before the due date to change my booking as I was delayed by one day. I got a reply saying that a refund will be credited to my credit card account.
