BBMP is working on the road laying and widening project in Panathur road in Kadubeesanahalli located near Marathahalli. The road is the only way to Panathur and other villages in that area. Daily lot of light and heavy vehicles are using the road. Most of the people of the area are uneducated people or less educated people. BBMP is laying that 200m road for more than 6 months. One day they'll work and they wont work for months.Residants are struggling lot because of that. Nobody is taking care of that.
Can anyone take care of that road and arrange to finish the project and help those innocent people?

In August of 07 I purchased and 10x10 ShelterLogic canopy through Northern Tool Co. I have used the canopy 9 times in the past year. The last time I used it I noted a corner strut had broken completely and one of the corner assemblies is badly cracked. Both Northern Tool and ShelterLogic have told me there is nothing they can/will do becuase the product has only a 1 year warranty. I have written to ShelterLogic asking that the frame be replaced as it is practically unusable and the damage has to be from defective construction or materials. I would certainly not purchase any product from ShelterLogic or Northern Tool again. read full review »

Matchmaker Int'l totally sucks! I see by other posts, a lot of people think so too! First, I was guilted or more like bullied by the owner's son into doing it. Instead of the $2500 I was supposed to pay he gave me a deal of $1500 he said and was going to take it out in monthly payments of $182. I said um hello that would be $2000. He quickly got mad and refigured it to $124 and politely told me not to tell the "gentleman" I didn't have to pay full price. You take your prescription in, drop it off with your insurance info and when you pick it up they inform you your insurance will not pay or can not connect with thier system. They suggest you pay full price for the medication - which you do - cause you need the meds. Afterwards, they file your insurance claim and collect and then refuse to return your money... Nice scam, surprised the insurance companies haven't caught on. Oh, BTW, the insurance company doesn't care and the store manager is always in a meeting. Prime Time Shuttle made a reservation for myself and my wife to be picked up at the Burbank CA Airport. Upon our arrival, no shuttle was to be found. When we called Prime Time Shuttle, they told my wife that the reservation had been canceled and that we would need to find our own transportation. At first I did not believe it and even called back myself, only to get the same answer. No explanation was given other then that they did not have a driver available to pick us up. In June of 2009, I requested a home loan modification application from MetLife Home Loans. To date, my application has not been processed. I have sent in six modification packages(two of the packages were sent certified mail). They sent me two letters stating that they received my packages and they were waiting to be assigned to a servicer. The last package that I sent was inAugust of 2010. Beware of the many pet sellers and so called Kennels on this website. I have been researching this site, and the postings on it. I feel its safe to say that most of the kennels are puppy mills and puppy brokers. I have also found that this sellers can and do remove negative posting from a buyer.

On the 09/07/2008, I ordered 3 remote vehicles for total of $94.07 shipping incl. on 14th I received a free matchbox sized car in the mail but never received the 3 remote cars I paid for. They confirmed receipt of my order, issued a Number 842847, I’m still waiting for my purchase. The cars were ordered by email out of a BCA magazine ad.1. 1966 Dodge Viper, 1988 Chevrolet Corvette, 2000 Shelby Coupe. I was called to a house the other day by a dear friend of mine to check out a green mizer energy box that he bought from the company called light power solutions, llc. As i thought he had it installed by a installer from the company and not a liecneces electrican. This brings up a BAD problem for the home owner because it only takes one wrong move in a box to cause fire. My complaint isn't with Peter's but with Chrysler. I have had my jeep at Peter's one week. Not because they can't fix it but because they can't get the part to fix it. There is a national "back order" on the part. This is ridiculous. If this particular part is in such demand then maybe it is a manufacturing default and there needs to be a recall. I have spend over R12 ooo on my ECD course and they were quick to call to enquire about the money I had to pay for course.Know that I have phoned them more than 13 times in the last 5 months, because my study material were late and I have to be fininshed this month, they just send it 3 months too late and with an extra module and now they tell me I have to pay extra for extention, but they send my modules too late. I am having a problem with these people, who claim to advertise on Facebook. I cancelled the advert within the specified time but they maintain they didn't receive the letter for another 3 weeks. This then going into another month, hence they want more money. I have now sent a recorded delivery letter inviting them to take me to Court.

Since Dec. 22, 2008, I have been trying to get my cable, internet and phone service and billing as to what was promised. As of today 4-17-2009 I am being told that the bill will be $17 more per month than I was quoted after various credits given to me by various customer service people for delay in service.

When I contact them they hang up the phone on me five six times no one wants to talk to me or do something about it. I ask for a refund and they could take take things back they hangup on me over and over again. They lie about everything take it took four weeks to see the shipment and when it came it was supose to be a skid I only got boxes with junk in it. This company is a big scam... I gave this company 480.00 to purchase 1, 500 leads which there was supposed to be a 40% hit ratio which means. I am supposed to get back 40% of what I purchase. I bought a loveseat sofa, a recliner and a coffee table at the same day which was loaded and secured improperly by them to my pickup. I was just beginning to get to the freeway and the sofa came tumbling down ruining it. I went back to them and they said that I signed a waiver that they are not responsible for damages incurred after leaving the loading dock. I filed Chapter 13 and while I wasn't notified, I'm sure the house sold at auction. I cannot believe the extreme rudeness and attitudes given when trying to make arrangements to pay. They turn your information around with untrue comments and dates. Joined Direct Buy of Lancaster, PA in 2/2008. Payments made to Beta Finance were "misplaced" on several occasions and then payments appeared when threat of lawsuit was proposed. Monthly statements would not have all the appropriate payments listed. Balance on account was different on each statement.
