I contacted FreightCenter about a shipment of a valuable, delicate dining room table. It required "white glove" service. I was assured by the "broker" that for my >$600 that the table would have the legs removed, wrapped and placed on a pallet ON SITE. This time after 2 months the pitcher started leaking out the bottom where the washer/blades/shaft come together. They said they would send me a new pitcher today. I bought two Bluetooth brand wireless head sets (one for myself and one for my daughter). Neither one would charge, even after may hours. They had the same type of charger, so I am venturing a guess that that was the defective part. I took the headsets back to the store with the receipt within the time allowed. My Wife went there today for a simple hair trim. Her hair is straight, parted in the middle. She asked for it to be trimmed to the level of her chin. My homeowners insurance lapsed. EMC mortgage sent me a notice. I ran down to the courthouse to pay the taxes, they already had. I bought a new insurance policy from Liberty Mutual and before my payment was received EMC sent the premium for the whole year!! I started trying to call this company within a week of recieving this product to return it you must notify them and get a RMA number but they only place you on hold for long periods of time and after a hour or more they disconnect you. The picture of the packaging on the Medichest website was excactly what I was looking for so I ordered it. I too have been a victim of Easy Saver-EMI. In my case it went on for 11 months without my knowledge. I was deployed with the military and someone else was overseeing my checking/debit card account statements. My verizon bill has had extra charges on it from USBI who has been fraudulently billing me as a long distance carrier since 06. I am amazed that this is allowed to go on with no accountability. Upon contacting them I was told that I would be canceled but there was no chance of any reimbursement. I also was not given any confirmation number. Bottom Line Books keeps sending their annual book despite notes sent to the on the prior bill. These books are unsolicited and there is no apparent way to stop delivery. According to others in this predicament, if you fail to pay for this unsolicited book they threaten to mess up your credit report. All of our appliances are Kitchenaid and are nothing but problems. Latest one is the built in oven. While baking, the lower element burned out and burned a hole in the bottom of the oven..
