These people are idiots!! I ordered from here and the way that they process their orders is stupid. You place your order then three days later they send you an invoice to confirm the order. Then you have to pay through AlertPay but you have to wait for them to request the money. After a week and a half of waiting just to process your order they ship your order and if what you ordered wasn’t available of course they don't tell you until after you've paid therefore they give you a credit. I got a loan a while back from credit acceptance if your 1 day late they will call your job as they have mine several times a day, it is a business and ive asked several times dont call my job at which when you ask them to not call your work they shouldent. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN! This website is bogus! They have charged my credit card for another month's supply for a product that I never received. I payed 4.95 for shipping and handling for a 10ct bottle and cancelled immediately after. I was supplied a cancellation # and have never gotten a live person on the line since then. In the meantime, they continue to charge my card $74.46 a month and still don't send product. This company does not even employ a single painter. They send out a nicely-dressed salesperson to sell you on the job. They even say that they will be painting the job. Then they run out un-screened "professional" painters to show up at your door. Alot of the sub-contractors do not speak English. Quite a few are not even legal aliens. Stay away from this company. We signed a contract & insured our possession for move/storage with this company. While in storage at one of their facilities, their was a fire and our belongings were moved from the Landover storage to the Gaithersburg Md facility. Which we discovered on our own with notification from the company we paid a storage/insurance fee monthly. When our property was returned, a lot of our property was missing & some was damaged. I was curious about the flush and ordered the FREE trial. That set me up with a club membership that was to ship me the product every month and bill my credit card. They also set me up with two other companies that wanted to do the same thing! It was nearly impossible to cancel. I was put on hold many times for long periods of time. I was hung up on twice. This company will tie you in to a five year contract make all types of offer and once you sign the paper work there is no out of this contract they will not even charge you an early termination fee, they told me they will just ruin my credit and report me to the credit bureau. I have bought a 10.4" ttouchscreen monitor from Chinavasion.com for $240 and its arrived as DEAD. The product has bubbles all over the screen and its not professionally manufactured. I owed $400-some to my dentist who referred me to GE Money. The doc said that whatever I owe, I could pay off in 12 months with no interest, same as cash. I just divided the total by 12 months and sent the first payment in. Now I received a statement on which they charged me the finance charge. When I called their customer service, I was told that 12-month same-as-cash applies only to the amount of at least $1000. Well, this is not what I was told by my dentist.
