I made one online purchase from overseas (India) last December and no less than 3 companies started recurring monthly and unauthorized charges to my credit card account after that. BofA Credit Card would not institute a stop-charges from these companies. I was told I had to contact them directly. DRI Reg.NET for $39.95, PMIdentity.com for $19.95 and Segpayeu.com for $19.95! I will be a regular visitor here at complaintsboard.com from now on. Please encourage your friends to investigate CC charges that look suspicious. Selected an engineered hardwood floor from Shaw flooring. The installed product did not even come close to the sample board used to make the selection. Shaw would not send anyone out to review the installed product versus the sample. We had to send the sample board to them and they denied the claim. Even the installation company agrees that the prduct delivered did not match the sample. The sample showed subtle grain in shades of brown. It all started about five months before my father moved out of his rental due to it being sold. They were sending my father who is a senior citizen bills and mind you he was on the lifeline service plan. His normal bills for years would be no more than 5 or so dollars a month. I have ordered items from this website with no problems, except long delivery times. The last 2 items I ordered and paid for were never received. When i contacted the customer service of this website, they told me they would look into this and get back to me. They never did. This company calls me on my job no fewer than 6 times a day. Currently I owe for last months payment and this month's payment goes past due on Friday. I will pay these people. In the meantime, although they have an alternate number for me, they call me at work. I work in a call center and can not make outgoing phone calls unless I am on a break. I purchase a phone that was listed on the all4cellular.com website. The reason I purchased from them was because the particular phone I wanted had been discontinued. This was the only site that still had it stocked. Since the phone was advertised as new, I believed it to be new. I called customer service to make sure the phone was in stock. I then purchased it. A couple of years ago, I got a few free issues of 2 magazines after buying something else online. This is the biggest ripoff and very difficult to track down who is doing it. We had a bad experience booking tickets through this company. They sent confirmation and took money, yet when we arrived at the airport they had mis ticketed our flight. The airline spent hours with us trying to help us get rebooked including trying to contact this company. Wholesale traveler promied they would pick up the tab to reimburse the extra costs we incurred althoughthis would not make up for the hours we spent at the airport and having to lose a day and a half of our holiday. Placed an order for a Grandma necklace with 3 birthstones on Dec. 18. Was charged over $10 for shipping and handling. Received email stating shipped on Jan. 5th today is Jan. 28th and there is still no necklace. Customer Service was unable to say exactly what happened to item and offerred to refund our money. They tried to take money from my account without my permission after i made an online application and i only found out because one of their agents called me when the payment was declined she wouldnt let me speak and was rude and aggessive. I complained online and then the manager Paul(wouldnt give a surname) called me back 15mins later and was even ruder and more aggressive. I bought a set of Callaway Diablo Edge irons about a week ago. The entire buying experience seemed shady. When I received the clubs in the mail all the clubs were individually wrapped in plastic that indicated the clubs were Callaway Warbirds. I took the clubs to Golf Gallaxy to get sized. i have had unauthorized charges automatically taken from my checking account. The dates of these transactions are 12/28/09, 1/27/09, and 2/24/09. The amount of each transaction was $9.95 each time. On two of these occasions, my checking account was overdrawn and i was charged a $39.00 insufficient funds fee. At this time, I will expect my account to be credited in the amount of $107.85. If i have no response from you within 30 days, I will pursue legal action.

I kept receiving calls from 727-556-7300 4 and 5 times a day. When I would answer, there was NEVER anyone on the line. So, I stopped answering and tried calling them back. Always a recording and never an answer. Today I finally reached someone to find out it was Macy's trying to reach me.
It is RIDICULOUS the number of times they called and had no one on the line. Every day of the week.
I finally called the 800 number listed on the Macy's website and was connected to a call center in India again.

I purchased a used CD at a local FYE store and paid with my debit card. The clerk informed me that since I used my debit card I was entitled to 3 magazines for 3 months free. I told him no thanks, but he bugged the crap out of me saying they were free and what did I have to loose that I said ok. I have booked air tickets for 4 persons (self, my wife and my parents) to go to Tirupati from Vizag. All the tickets were confirmed and fare collected by Makemytrip. I had 10 unauthorized charges to my account when I checked my statement this morning. I get alerts sent to my cell phone with BOA for overseas charges. The alert was immediatly sent to me. 10 charges! $44.79 many times and $8.90 many times. This company needs to be prevented from doing any business within the USA. All banks should be aware and immediatly decline any attempted charges. This is insane. GAP insurance is a good thing to have when financing a vehicle. Most policies will rporate the premium so that if you trade or sell the vehicle you get a portion of the premium back. BB and T does not do that. I financed a car for 5 years. The premium for the GAP policy was 700.00. I had the vehicle for 2.5 years. They refuse to refund any of the premium. Most GAP policies are not like that. In the end do not allow financing through BB and T or get GAP insurance through them. read full review »

They don't have a time clock, front desk has to write your time on a sheet of paper in pencil and can be changed by someone else. Sometimes people think if you use this site it is to nail someone. The Companies don’t always hear or get credit for their good work. But today I don’t want to lay a complaint or grievance, but good very good support from the Roboform Support Team there service is excellent that is why this Program is rated as the no 1 password manager in the world. Every time doesn’t matter what time if I created a support ticket after 5 to 15min it was back in mailbox sorted out.

On Dec. 4th of 2007 we purchased 2 minature English Bulldogs from Jeff and Tonya Graham in Arkansas, we have had many problems including cherry eye, skin irritations, ear infections, and last but not least, I was told that neither puppy would weigh over 30lbs. at the max. The female puppy that was purchased looks just like a standard English Bulldogs, but weighs only 33lbs. which is what she should weigh, but the male we purchased is now 14 months old and weighs 60lbs.

So, in one of my lapses in judgement I signed contract and put down payment of over 2 grand. After returning home and checking on feedback on sites such as this. I sat down and did the math.
