I ordered A 2009 Venza with custom options. After waiting 2 months, I was informed that the combination of options that I ordered were not available. However, they did have another car with different options. Nice game. They got the order knowing that it could not be fulfilled and then attemped the switch. Nice try. Then David Maus Toyota would not respond to my requests for refund of $1, 000 deposit. My Credit Card Company took care of that saving me time and aggravation in filing a law suit. I have had endless problems with United Healthcare over the past year. They have dropped me from the plan and claimed computer problems. It took 3 months to fix that and get a new card with my name on it. They told my chiropractic office that I didn't have chiropractic coverage twice! I called and they confirmed that I did have coverage. I have filed claims that are still unpaid. Lastly, I just had surgery and they are only covering about half of the physical therapy sessions that are needed for recovery. In May of 2007 I placed an order with ABC DISTRIBUTING and payed the full amount. After about a month after items were shipped out to me I had yet received anything so I decided to contact the company only to find out that they were sent to wrong address. I had purchased Vacuum cleaner from Eureka Forbes, Allahabad branch in the month of March-07. I kept on asking the sales agent for the invoice but he instead handed me over a receipt. I filed for Cigna disability and was told that I MUST file for SSI disability to get my Cigna claim. They then referred me to a "helpful" associate who assisted me in filling out the SSI claim. I just started to receive Cigna $, but denied SSI at this time. 1 week later I receive a call from this "helpful" person asking me the status of SSI, one week later I get a letter from Cigna and my employer that I will have to pay all my own insurance and no longer receive disability. I went to Shop Rite in Old Bridge on Rt 9 North by the Ferry Roud. I wanted to get some cheese and ham for my family breakfast. I was very surprised when instead of thank you I got harassed by one of the workers for making they work hard for my order! I went there to buy a truck. We agreed on price, went to finance to pay. Once there, they tried to increase the price by $1500 for Teflon paint coating, which they claimed was already applied. This was total BS -- they were just trying to get more money. Sales Manager offered to let us have the Teflon for only $499 -- we walked and will never do business with them again. These guys are scum. I was able to get the same price at another Ford dealer with no Teflon. Don't waste your time with these guys. Purchased a 2007 pioneer and have nothing but problems in it. Problems started right away the first time we put fresh water in it. The pipe under the sink detached at the joint. After further inspection the pex pipe fitting had never been crimped. Another time the pipe under the bathroom sink had the same problem. This cause damage to the cheap wood cabinets and flooring. My son had a Home fire on 7/1/09. Cause of fire was deemed electrical. Kemper Insurance has done little to settle this claim.(As of 10/17/09) A deposition was scheduled. It was a gruely horrible defiling experience. The attorney call the insured ( my son) a liar during the deposition. When asked if a previous insurance claim had been made the answer was no. This company happily took our money to accomplish an loan modiciation. We gave them the money ONLY after we sent some preliminary figures to determine feasability. They said they could help us so we signed a money-back contract. After all the paperwork was submitted, our processor told us we could NOT qualify as we had too much in savings. I complained to the BBB and they stated that they promptly replaced it. They did not.
