My first complaint is one that is of a more recent occurrence. Sometime last year, PayPal screwed up an account transaction that left me unknowingly owing them $290. I discovered my account was locked, and I didn't understand why despite attempting to e-mail the company to get some kind of understanding with no response. Hi, I traveled from Swargate (bypass) to Baner Road. The meter started off with 10 Kms reading. And when asked about it, he said that the meter always starts with 10 kms. Now the end reading was 32 Kms, which I am sure is not the correct distance between Swargate and Baner. On 11-9-07 a debit of $49.95 unauthorized by me was debited from my account, on 11-15-07 a electronic check #49354 in the amount of $49.95 was debited from my account without permission also in addition to this two charges one on 11-19-07 for $14.95 and on 12-03-07 for $14.00 was debited. On Jan. 22, 2011 I ordered the Pro version of the Abcoaster. On Jan. 23, 2011 I was hospitalized, in ICU, due to a heart attack. I was unable to call in time to cancel my order. Based on a horrifying experience, this national business uses false advertising and carries misleading charges. They claim that the locksmith services start at $29 but don't write that this fee is just for the technician reporting to the site alone. Do not use this company. They are quick to collect the rents but the service in response is shoddy at best. THey charged me thousands of dollars to do repairs that I have now had to redo at my own expense to fix the problems they created. They replaced two heaters and instead of replacing them where they were, they placed them in the hallways of the individual apartment units so that no furniture could be moved down the hallways of the units.
