I have been using Earthlink's satellite service that uses DirectWay equipment for over 4 years. The old modems, DW4000 units, are no longer available as they were replaced first by the DW 6000 modems and then the DW7000 ones. My DW4000 has been failing intermittently for several weeks. Like some of the others on this site, we have had a miserable experience with Restonic. After only 8 months of using the mattress, we have craters in the mattress and back pain. Do not ever use this on-line company! I placed an order for a 54" bath tub on line. Checked to see the status of the delivery on their website under my account and it always says "pending shipping". I tried to find contact telehone number on site to contact the customer service department, and there is no number listed. This began in March 2008. I called PTR because they advertised that they can reduce your tax debt. I first talked to a Kevin Logan, he stated that they work with the IRS and can resolve the issue, for a payment of $3500 to get the ball rolling. Klaussner claims to have "Good Quality and Fine Workmanship Furniture" but don`t be fooled. You can get better from discount furniture stores that will last just as long, perhaps longer. My mother suffered a massive stroke in 1975. She is partially paralyzed and is blind on her left side, as well as deaf on her left side. She has no use of her left arm at all. We waited in line for over an hour at the Denver location to check-in with a reservation. There were approximately 10 customers in line ahead of us and there were three reps working the counters. Employees were running around and the entire operation was disorganized. Even once we reached the counter it took over 20 minutes to check our reservation, find a car and then deliver the car. We purchased a very expensive leather set from LazyBoy. After waiting months to recieve our furniture, and purchasing a warranty, the back of the sofa began to rub off. We contacted the warranty company and lived a nightmare waiting on them to arrive to "exam it". There is absolutely no sense thinking you are going to get lucky at Twin Swamp. Just like they loosened up those machines when they opened the new room last year, they have tightened them down as much as they can to try to "stay open." The place will never close as it brings in a ton of cash. The state is far too greedy at 61% of the take and the real cause for "failure". Terrible experience. Stay away from these guys. I cancelled the order before I even received it and I have been trying for two weeks to get my refund. I was told a refund was issued on Jun30th (7 days ago) but checking with my cc card, nothing has been refunded. So, I called, sent email, contacted them via website and have received no response from them. I wish I was smart enough to check this and similar sites before I placed my order with them. Car was brought to the shop because it made a loud bang around the transmission area then quit running. After waiting over a week and a bill of $2102.99 my 18 year old daughter still does not have a car to drive. She picked the car up drove a couple miles and the car did the exact same thing leaving her stranded in traffic. It did the same thing several more times as we tried to get it home. She will have to continue renting or borrowing a car until the real problem with her car can be determined and repaired. I am posting this to save people grief and frustration when deciding if to purchase a trailer from Rangeland RV. This company had our brand new trailer and work was not professional. We paid for them to install 2 solar panels and one was not installed correctly. Upon picking up the trailer, and towing home for use, a solar panel ripped off the roof, and left 4 holes in the roof. Salesman by the name of Lee Hicks sold subscription on 8-10-06, to this day I have not received an issue. Did get ahold of WRS once and was told that my subscription was sent to the magazine company and paid for. Called the magazine company and they have record of my subscription but it was canceled. I am a Canadian who set up a checking account with RBC Bank in the USA. I was maintaining a $700 balance as required to avoid service charges. I wasn't using the account, so apparently it became inactive and they started taking a fee of $10 per month. I received no warning that the account was about to become inactive.
