I purchased four new tires and a warranty for my SUV from these guys. When the SUV had to be realigned repeatedly, I was told the tire was defective. DO NOT GET ROCK CHIPS REPAIRED HERE. The do not warranty their work, so if the rock chip repair fails you are out of luck. However they will apply the cost of the repair to a new windshield. Long story short we just had 2 rock chips repaired here (small chips, smaller then a dime in size). They did not even drill into the glass nor did they seal it properly afterward! Hiram Waste and Recycling apparently has no problem not honoring a contract. We signed up two years ago for home trash service picked up twice weekly at a rate much less than the competition. In the case of Hiram Waste it is definantly buyer beware as cheaper is not better. Hiram Waste stopped giving the service agreed upon. I understand some customers received notes attached to the trash container while others as in our neighborhood never received any notice at all. This company will not honor the 2 year warranty on my TSW wheels. I have had the wheels for 8 months and they have started to pit. The warranty is supposed to cover finish. Thank God I read this then did a search of this company. They were on my credit report. They somehow what looked like a real judgment placed it on my credit report. I disputed it. I reported them and now I want to sue them. They keep inquiring under individual and I do no business with them never contacted them never even knew about these snakes. Xhtmlchop is basically one of the worst PSD to html experiences we've had. Due date on the 11th, but still waiting on the 20th for simple error correction. Day after day of sending support tickets to fix really stupid errors, like typos, 404 errors, and totally deviating from the PSD. The website looks very professional laid out but the products do not come from this company at all. When one pays the payment goes to a person called Jiangfeng Yu in Hong Kong, and therefore one does not sends the money to a compnay name at all. The product in my case never arrived, and there is no phone number and e-mails are ignored so money wasted. I have now spent at least 20 hours trying to get the LiveUpdate function of Norton 360 software to work! At least 12 hours of this has been online with there so called 'analyst' when they have taken remote control of my computer,but still seem unable to get it to work.The rest of the time has been back and forth with emails to there support department. It seems that they get a stage when they have tried all the standard solutions and then they just abandon you. You no longer here from them. I own five properties in the Nottingham area. This week I have received called from tenants in three of the houses stating that their energy supplier has been changed from eOn to Scottish Power. Neither myself nor the tenants have requested this. Scottish Power is telling me this is all being requested online but they wont tell me who is doing it. Does anyone know what can be done about AT&T Wireless service? My calls drop, my signal bar is "one or two" strength. AT&T indicates that they DO NOT HAVE TO GUARANTEE SERVICE. But, depending on the rep I speak with, here is their response: *we have no towers in the area, *we have two towers and cannot understand why no service*it's your phone*when Cingular switched to AT&T, it affected the towers*and NO we cannot allow you out of your legal contract which expires in April 2008.
