Gas Up America
We received these Gas Up America coupons as a "perk" for attending a time share presentation in Williamsburg, Va back this summer. We registered the certificate with Gas Up America and received a coupon book to begin receiving our $100 promised reimbursement that was promised us at the presentation. I got no directions on how to complete the coupon and noted that the "rules" that came with the coupon almost make it impossible to get anything back from these people. Rules like: Filling in an "issue date" which i... read full review »
GEM SHOPPING NETWORK
I bought a multi-sapphire bracelet for $1200 from them. One wearing and it was kinked. I sent it back. The supposedly fixed it, but then the clasp wouldn't work. I sent it back again and it came back exactly the same, the clasp still woldn't work. Because of medical problems I just let it sit in my jewlery box for a month. Then I took it to my jeweler who draped it over my wrist, and it kinked again. He said the bracelet could not be repaired. It would kink every time I wore it, so he gave it back to me.. When I called Gem Shopping... read full review »
Gaiam
These guys are horrible. I've read dozens of complaints on Bizrate.com and other shopping sites. Wish I'd read them before I ordered the Christmas gift for my sister that never made it. Their customer service is completely unresponsive, and they obviously don't care about service at all. Its really too bad, because its a great idea and business model, but they suck. read full review »
21st CENTURY COMMUNICATIONS
I entered into a written agreement with Clarence Neely the Executive Director of 21st Century Communications also known as Kismedia and Miami seven. For a large cash investment he promised me 25% of the profit for all events that Miami Seven Events did in 2007. At the time Clarence said that he had several events coming in the next few months. He said that I could recoup my initial investment. He said he had concerts lined up and i can make money off my concert investment. Clarence Neely comes in many incarnations. Some of which is Demo... read full review »

I inquired this company upon placing my order about the genuinity of their transaction and other things, that's their reply: ' Hi, when transfering the money online, the address is not required. We only ask you the address if you transfer from a Western union office. We are legit and are not scammers, don t worry about your order ! I noticed that the status of your transfer is 'awaiting authorisation' - You should call customer service to confirm payment. We had a few customers reported to customs when saying to Western... read full review »
PSI Seminars
A good friend of my mine called me and told me how this PSI seminar changed his life. Since he was so amazed by this philosophy of life, and how it is benefiting his life, he wants me to go. He won’t take "no" for an answer even when I said "I don't want to pay $500 for the seminar." He said “I will pay for it." He is taking this PSI thing very seriously, and since I have respect for him I would like to learn more about it.
Now in my mind this is just someone else to telling me how to live a better... read full review »
Paralelles LLC
This rip off took place in October of 2007 and continued for over 1 year with a company called Paralelles and with my business credit card company, Chase. I am a small business owner that got lost in the shuffle, who's concerns and complaints fell into an abyss, who totally got screwed for $750, not to mention at least 50 hours of phone calls, emails and faxing numerous documentation to both companies. I'm so glad that I came across this site to voice my complaint! I don't even know if it can be resolved in my favor at thi... read full review »
Network Cleaning Systems
We would like to complain about a company called 'Construction Cleaners Group' or 'Networks Cleaning Systems'. We received an unprofessional email from him after we left a job up in the Upper Pennisula Michigan after he never responded to a voice mail we sent him. He lied continuously about the job that he hired us to do. We traveled 9 hours (one way) and was shocked to find that it was 3 building (called 'units') instead of 1 building he had previously stated. We contacted him to let him know we would not be... read full review »

Independent Producers of America
They have phony lying advertising that says that they are looking for agents but it is a way of marketing their junk. I went there for an interview and the guy said oh, I have filled 2 out of the "only" 3 positions, why should I hire you. He is disqualifying you so you are put on the defensive and trying to convince this person to give you a "position" but then he asks you for a $285 processing fee but says it is the cost of getting the license but that is a lie. I wanted to see my credit report. found www.creditdiagnosis.com for a free 7 day trial. I logged in to see my credit report. Tried to use www.creditdiagnosis.com to help me deal with the questionable credit on my report. They could not help me since they deal with 1 credit bureau, not all 3. My bad credit was on the 2 they don't deal with. Within 1/2 hour, I canceled the membership. Then I notice an email from yoursavingsclub.com saying they would charge me 49.99 a year, but gave me an option to cancel. I canceled, but I have a feeling I... read full review »
Geico Car Insurance
Well, I guess every situation is different. I just got my renewal for my auto insurance. Guess what, It went up $50.00. Ihaven't had a claim of any kind for over 10 years.
Haven't even had any tickets. I called Geigo, I asked them why my premium went up, since I had done nothing to cause this. Their answer: "We have paid out more in premiums in your area, so we had to increase." Fine, I understand that. Stevens Transport
Stevens paid for the truck driver school with the condition of staying with them for a year. Or else paid them back 5, 000.00. After your school you go to dallas then drive with a senior driver that trains you. Worst experience ever. He was raises and rude. I got paid 350.00 a week minus money I used for lunch and showers. I had to apply for food stamps and borrow money from family.
After a month I quit because i was about to fight with the instructor and I was going to loose everything. It was the worst experience ever and don't recommend stevens to anyone. Now I have bad credit because of them. read full review »

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!! This company is a complete scam. they called and spoke with one of my employees and convinced her to authorize a "FREE" trial, which she approved, not realizing that we would then be charged $99/month thereafter! David's Bridal
Sold a wedding dress and did the alterations. The dress does NOT look like it was supposed to. It is now so tight that my son's fiancee cannot breath and it is forcing what little skin she has out. She is by no means fat as the dress is below a size zero now. Also, the bra that "Norma" sold her now shows and she had the nerve to state that she saw it showing before the alterations but sold it to her anyway. They offered no resolution and have ruined her wedding. In my opinion, I would NEVER EVER advise anyone to use David's Bridal!! read full review »

NewEgg
BEWARE deceptive online ordering from NewEgg.com. If you order multiple items, NewEgg will split your order if items are from different warehouses and charge YOU double or more for Shipping.
The online checkout process provides a quote on shipping based on your address zip code for all items ordered. However, you get a confirmation page AFTER you submit the order that splits the items into separate orders and charges for each shipped item. In my case, the second item went from $6.99 for 3 day shipping to $9.39.

Electrosmart
I have purchased the electrosmart device which supposedly saves electricity by switching the geyser on and off on preprogrammed times.
