This company moved us in June. From Coral Springs to Parkland, a total of 2 miles. They insisted on shoving a huge custom made dinging room table through the doors without removing legs. I used to work for Carls Jr. and I did not like the attitude of the District Manager. He would always tell all the crew smile smile. He would never smile and he wanted great service when he was not setting and example. Also he has a lot of shift leaders that do not know how to treat the crew as well they scream at them. I got terminated from Carls Jr. because of 2 guest complaints I got I know the guest is always right but i dont find it fair that I got terminated and the rest of the shift leaders there have gotten a lot of complaints and you still have them there. It looks great no doubt. But the construction is horrible. Cheap plastic and plaster. You can hear your neighbor like they were living with you. The repair people have no experience and are rude and never follow through with the repairs. The management, especially Trisha, is a joke. She always promises things and NEVER follows through. This company is such a ripoff. I received my order a week after I ordered. Took the product one week, found out I could not take it because of health problems it caused. Ordered a cell phone from cellhut.com, and by the following day i had 12 e-mails advising that the e-mails did not have enough to identify me. I sent them a second e-mail address and was advised that that was insufficient. I then cancelled my order on july 24th was was the second day after i placed my order on july 23rd. The order was confirmed cancelled on july 24th, but i keep getting e-mails that my order is still opened and that i cannot cancel the transaction. I ordered a several surveillance cameras and the software for outside my liquor store. When it finally arrived (5 months later) it was installed as I directed. After installation the program that it was suppse to work was infected with a virus that now when you start it it automatically restarts my compter. The cameras are broken and never work, I actually had a robbery attempt and the camera/software did not work. Please stay away from this company. I was recently disappointed with Wal Mart and their handling of a return. My son received an American Express Gift card for his birthday. He purchased a toy at Wal Mart. The cost of the toy exceeded the amount of his gift card so I paid the difference. Mr. Narayan had complained and taken the washing machine for repairing it at the Goa LG service centre soon after 2 months he expired and the Service technicians say drum was broken after it came back from Delhi (their H.O) they say the knob spring is broken and even the gasket is given way so total I am his daughter after using this machine for 5 years we will have to spend approx.
