Celebration World Resort . They will not list the taxes on the amount on the annual budget. Each year the annual budget says real estate taxes N/A see notes. I purchased a bed last week, Monday, at the Easy life furniture in Cerritos, CA and paid cash and $65.00 delivery fee. I was told that the bed will be delivered that Friday and they will call to let me know the time. Friday morning and I have not received a call so I call the store. Adopted a puppy from this "non-profit" rescue for $350 cash only. The puppy was taken to the vet the next day for a wellness check up. She had Parvo. We sadly euthanized her after much thought. My experience with PMI has been generally positive, actually great. Whenever I needed help in regards to evaluating a property or making my software work effectively to evaluate a property, they were quite helpful. I purchased 2 sets of WOW containers, the price seemed right. They did a bait and switch on the silicone inserts but I called them on it before giving them the credit card information.They do not handle well in the freezer as I have had several crack in the freezer and the little tabs that keep the parts together break off too easily or will not unlatch, frozen or at room temperature. On April 16th, parts were ordered by the repairman to repair a seal around our GE refrigerator. By May 28th, we still had not heard from the Service Department when our repair would be completed. This only compounds the problem with Bray and Scarff. When they delivered the refrigerator, it was the wrong model. When I contacted the salesman at the Hunt Valley store, he offered $50 off the incorrect refrigerator, and then promptly told me that I am costing him money. Consumer be aware: CarFax advertises to all consumers for no discrimination unlimited number of carfaxes for personal use for one month for $29.99. This is a false advertisement since once you log in and you obtain a relatively fair number they deactivate your account. I went in for my normal 3000 mile oil change and it was strongly suggested that i get an engine flush as well.
