I left my husband six months ago. He was staying in the mobile home yet Vanderbilt continued to call me every ten days when he was late with the payment. They have called my mom, my brother, and my new number. Now my husband moved left me with the mortgage. Vanderbilt told me I need to come up with almost 1000.00 for the 3 months he was behind or they will take legal action against me. There were some major issues with the Fair Oaks Mall location of Hour Eyes. First, the manager is very hard to deal with. She does not listen to the customer. I had two major issues that took a lot of research to get straighten out. The first issue was that the sales rep I had, basically did not know what my insurance benefits were. I have been getting repeated phone calls from this company, from somebody by the name of steve yudek (sp). He only identifies himself and not the agency he is calling from. I did a reverse number look up so that is how I know it is this company. He is constantly calling me at work and at home and has gotten to the point where he is harrassing the switchboard operator. I will not speak with anyone that I do not know if they do not identify the company they are calling from. I have talked to them 12-15 times faxed them RX from doctors office 3 times talked to a supervisor 3 times at 877-797-3687 ext 2958 and I am a diabetic who still cant get his prescription filled by this company correctly it has a very bad customer service they wont even call the doctor to see if the RX is correct. Bought four micro spy cameras off these people, and waited two weeks before I finally contacted them. They then claimed that there was a mix up, and instead of purchasing 4 micro cameras they claimed I purchased a power supply. Not surprisingly the same cameras that I supposedly didn't order went up in price from $49.99 to $99.99. Company sells small wind turbines and distributorship territorys for same. No matter how many units you order they may eventually send you one unit. the units do not and cannot work. They send you the one unit as this takes it from criminal to civil situation. The owner uses at least six diffrent names and has done a similar scam at least one time before with golf equipment. I did sign up for the 2.95 trial, but then I just closed the window because I decided not to finish the sign up. However, I can' t even find an e-mail from them however, they took 4 different amounts out of my bank acct. 1)2.06 2) 68.71 3) 0.09 and 4) 2.97. I was wondering why on the Family meal the sign states 2 large sides. Every time I buy at this location they charge an extra .40 for the beans and rice. They explained it is due to the high cost of beans. When you get your order there is about a tablespoon of beans and the rest is dry rice.
