I've had problems changing the "My Account" information for some time now. I had suggested that they add an option of being able to add 150 minutes only. They did for awhile, but now they don't have the options. Now, when you go to the site, it says you can add 50, 100 or 150 minutes to your cell phone monthly automatically! But when I log in to "My account" it doesn't show this lower amount of 50 or 100 minutes, just 150 minutes. I had these poeple out to give us an estimate. Before they would come they insisted that both me and the wife needed to be there. I was about 15 minutes late and the salesman just went off on my wife. This was the first bad sign. Airtel has been harassing with marketing calls. I am registered on a Do Not Call List. Despite this I am getting numerous calls. These companies are jointly owned and operated. Most of the downloads at movieberry.com and filmous.com provide are of poor quality. Several times files are unable to be completely downloaded but they still charge customers for them & offer NO support to correct their problems. Once they have your credit card, it's over. Had a water leak and needed someone to check it out. Called the fancy insert in the yellow pages. When the individual arrived, he couldn't wait to get a signature on a contract. He wouldn't even talk without it. I finally agreed for the primary amount of $45.00. After taking a day off work to get my ice-maker repaired the GE tech showed up and did not fix my ice-maker. When I told him it was still broken he insisted I was wrong and the machine just didn't have enough ice. I was under the impression that I was getting a free subscription to Parents Magazine through an online source. I was shocked that I was being billed (I never gave any credit card info) for a subscription. I called Meredith Corp and was told to "call back in a few days" to cancel because the rep "couldn't see" my order yet.
